The Magistrate is wrong and he needs to be called out for it. I'm glad the Advocate expressed his displeasure. Such nonsensical directions.

But the advocate was also wrong. He provoked the court. It started with Counsel telling the court rudely to stop litigating for the Respondent

This is the problem when you’re admitted to the Bar and dont take time to practise in courts, instead you go sit your ass in a govt agency or company just writing emails. I largely blame the Court for being timid
