lunar and stellar already has so much dmg ceiling that removing the dmg limit on bloom, hyperbloom and burgeon wouldnt be that broken amymore tbh

You gotta ask prydwen for that :D Okay jokes aside they should perform similarly Theoretically Kokomi is probably a bit better but the difference is minimal But you may run into problems with repositioning Kokomi's jellyfish, use Sac Fragments instead I suppose
