💥Barbara Pocock grills CAANZ Exec Vanessa Chapman who insists they couldn’t interview whistleblower Brendan Lyon on KPMG’s $20B TAHE disaster because they didn’t consider Lyon a “complainant”🙄 & refuse to say if they even interviewed anyone outside KPMG. A total farce. #auspol

Greens (B Pocock), Libs (Scarr) and Labor (Lawrence) literally all team up to smash CAANZ over their failure, who refuse to admit it’s their fault that another massive Big4 scandal has occurred under their nose.🔥

Watch Paul Scarr tear CAANZ to shreds over their “systemic failure” as another Big4 scandal runs under their nose with KPMG after the disaster with PwC. “CEOs, managing Partners, all get paid out, they leave, the caravan moves on. The same thing happens!” “Systemic failure!”💥

A really good thread below for anyone wanting more on the TAHE scandal that CAANZ did virtually nothing about after @lyon_brendan was put through the shredder by KPMG just to raise the alarm, including being sacked. He’s been fighting back for accountability ever since.

CAANZ CEO Ainslie van Onselen ends up roasted after ignoring Tania Lawrence’s question on TAHE and trailing off into her own world Deborah O’Neill “You’re going to stop Ms van Onselen. Do not speak…!”🔥. #auspol

Yes it’s Andrew Yates, who recently resigned as CEO of KPMG’s following their recent multimillion dollar tender contract scandal. I was hoping to enjoy and relax my Friday but now can’t take my eyes off this.

Time & again we are seeing that KPMG & their governmental protectors are supremely confident that they'll never be taken to task in any way for their misdeeds & failures.

The bigger farce is the government continuing to give them contracts.

I'm staggered by how much is ^legally^ kept hidden from the public. No wonder the gment (in alleged cahoots with the opposition) thought having the secret Private NACC was de rigueur. The wealthy and potentially corrupt protecting the wealthy and potentially corrupt.

The Australian Federal Public Service needs to be renamed The Australian Federal Department of Cover Up. Motto: A nod is as good as a wink to blind horse.

KPMG risks imploding within next 2-3 weeks. Sheppard is all but gone. Capon, McClelland + many others will B gone Yesterday they were still acting as if above /law. Their contempt 4 /committee h/e was brought into sharp relief by how O’Neill, Scarr & Pocock all grilled them.

How is a whistleblower NOT a #complainant, for Pete’s sake?

Inbred criminals !

All the hand gripping #bodylanguage 😆

The administrative complaint management process is a process of response only. Only those alleged to be directly involved get asked to respond and they are believed - no matter what. I have been trying to expose the process for over 20 years.
