I've seen many foldables in the wild. I am heavy Android user. I don't see the appeal of foldables. What's the benefit? Downsides are clear: it's thicker when folded, more unwieldy when unfolded, requires this extra "unfold" movement.

It took me a week to get used to the new size of the iPhone 16 Pro. Now when I go back to my iPhone 15 Pro Max, it's a big, clunky phone. For the first three days, I thought I'd end up regretting switching to a smaller iPhone, but no, now I'm enjoying a lighter, more comfortable phone. And for a bigger screen, there's always an iPad, a foldable Android, or AR glasses.

🇨🇳🇺🇸 Apple barely had time to enjoy the foldable spotlight before Xiaomi showed up with its own answer. The Xiaomi 18 Fold launched in China two days before the iPhone Duo, with a 7.58-inch inner display, 6000 mAh battery, 67W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and a 200 MP Leica main camera. It also starts at roughly $1,640, compared with $1,999 for the iPhone Duo. Xiaomi is basically asking Apple: nice foldable, but where’s the battery? Writer: Sol

Even though the OnePlus 15R has a way bigger battery, the iPhone 17 uses less battery per hour on average: iPhone 17: 163 mAh used per hour OnePlus 15R: 181 mAh used per hour iPhone 17 is more efficient in terms of battery drain per hour of use. But the point is, OnePlus 15R is slim too, and no one stopped Apple from using a bigger battery. If a slim Android phone can pack 7400mAh, Apple choosing 3692mAh is a design decision, not a limitation.

iPhone Duo with the matte case looks like it was designed as one piece. Folded shut you can't even tell it's a foldable. Samsung Fold with a case looks like a brick with a screen taped to it. Eight years and their accessories still feel like afterthoughts. Apple made a foldable that people will buy just because of how it looks closed. Samsung never figured that out. Follow, I'm breaking down every iPhone Duo feature Samsung fans don't want you to see.

“I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max from the UK, but after receiving it and checking it, I realised that it had ‘Apple Acconut’ instead of ‘Apple Account,’ and there was no option for the battery health.” — A Ghanaian woman was left shocked after discovering that the iPhone 17 Pro Max she ordered from the UK was counterfeit, with a misspelled ‘Apple Acconut’ instead of ‘Apple Account,’ no battery health option, and other fake features.

1957, Palm Springs, California. This is a promotional film and I saw many like this when I was a kid and I would study the A/V libraries at my New Jersey schools. Don’t know if I saw this, but it would have made me want to visit. So I did.

They want you to believe the iPhone evolved naturally, “to make your life easier.” But the truth is simple: every feature that makes your life easier makes you easier to control. From day one, the iPhone was never a tool of freedom. It was a surveillance device disguised as progress. If you want to know what transhumanism really is, what it does, why it exists, and who’s behind it, my series will show you.

So a journalist asked HK Security Secretary Chris Tang how one can revoke my HKSAR passport when I don’t even have one. He said that even if I don’t have one now, maybe I might want to apply for one in the future, but would no longer be able to do so. 🤣🤣🤣 Credit: Channel C

Here it is: AI can now use all of your iPhone and iPad. All of it. Without limitation or exception. Yes, really. You’re watching a GPT-6 Astra OpenClaw agent, spoken to via VoiceClaw Realtime on my iPhone, controlling my iPad by using my soon-to-be-released macOS app for full AI control of your iPhone or iPad. Yes, really. With this forthcoming macOS app from me, it will no longer matter if your iPhone/iPad apps are built for Siri, or have AI capabilities of their own. With this one app, OpenClaw, Codex, Hermes, or Claude Code AI agents can control your iPhone or iPad in every way you can. Without limitation. Everything you can do on your phone, it can do. Everything. No physical proximity, cable, bluetooth or shared-wifi-network connection between the macOS computer and your iPhone/iPad is needed. Translation: you no longer need Siri. Ever. At all. Coming soon. P.S.: I have one question: What would you pay for a one-year license for this app, or for a lifetime license?
