Rather than shutting businesses down, LASEPA should focus on educating operators about noise pollution and setting clear guidelines. Allow them to promote their services at reduced sound levels during acceptable hours. Monitor compliance and focus equally on all noise sources, including churches and mosques, for fair enforcement.

She should have question why a pricey hotel like that isn’t well padded to avoid noise.
