Dan Zanger turned $11,000 into $18 million in 18 months. 📉📈 He inspired traders like Kristjan Kullamägi 🇺🇦 and Ryan Pierpont, who recommends studying all of Zangers newsletters 🤓 I tried, but found it difficult to because of the lack of structure and continuity. So I leveraged AI and created my own study tool: 📈51,000+ annotated charts (1998 - 2021) 📉Pattern search: filter instantly for bull flags, Cup and handles, 35+ more 🤖AI-assistant: Ask Zanger anything using the latest AI Is there any interest in me sharing it?

A trader who turned $5,000 into nearly $100 million once said something I didn’t understand for years. In 2023, I watched Kristjan Kullamägi Kristjan Kullamägi 🇺🇦 speak at Traders4ACause Traders4ACause . He asked the room: “Who here would be happy making tens of millions from trading?” Only a few hands went up. Then Kristjan said: “You guys are smart. You know when to stop. I’m not that smart.” Everyone laughed. But that sentence stuck with me. Why would one of the most successful traders of our generation say that? At the time, I didn’t understand it. Now I do. 🧵

I called an angry customer! I keep doing surprise customer calls for every product that we build at Only What's Needed by Food Pharmer. In the early calls I did, I used to reveal its Food Pharmer, and then people used to just praise the product. Now, I don’t reveal it’s me till the very end of the call because I want to hear the real feedback even when it’s negative. Negative feedback matters more to us than positive feedback. That’s how we improve. Even when someone shares something positive, I still try to understand what could be better, in taste, texture, packaging. We’re not building Only What’s Needed just for you, but with you. So any feedback you have to share, we’re always listening.

I made a game where 100 mechas fight it out in a battle royale. The feedback from early testers has been overwhelmingly positive. Launching on September.

The most valuable decisions give you zero feedback tobi lutke explains ... "Intuition is actually the most valuable when there isn't direct feedback." Wait, what? "If there's many choices, like there's five things that look like good paths to go forward, and any of them has rapid feedback, everyone goes to that." "That is what we call short-termism, right?" But there are many ways to improve the company (and yourself). "Many of them involve long-term investment, refactoring, potentially going into a new market, potentially saying no to going into obviously new markets and actually doubling down and going deeper on our current market. Or we could do what increases the stock value. By the way, this one has a daily ticker and rapid feedback." so in this sense, it's the absence of rapid feedback can be a strong signal. "I find a very high correlation between the right path and the ones that don't have feedback loops attached."

Just got off the stage from our first #AZGOV debate, had a great time sharing my vision but I have to admit: That was the most sense Katie Hobbs has made in years. Looking forward to next Monday’s Lt. Gov. debate featuring Sine Kerr and our next Governor’s debate on Tuesday!

NS Rb: Thank you for remembering that it's been six years. Right now, this feels like the best day of my life. Starting all the way back from the VALORANT beta in 2020, I think I always viewed myself more as someone who was still learning. Honestly, I never really thought of myself as someone who could just guarantee that I was a great player. So from the members I played with starting in Vision Strikers through DRX up until 2023, I think I spent those three years learning. Then through that learning, when I went to TEC in VCT CN, I thought a lot about how to use what I had learned, not just in-game but also more broadly in life. And that eventually brought me here to Nongshim and to this moment. In the end, though, the result came down to learning, studying, teammates covering for one another, and most importantly, as obvious as it sounds, hard work. (via EndPoem)

kimi: im a person that tries to bring positive energy to whoever i’m talking with or having a relationship with because it's just who i am. there will be time that, a more difficult time that maybe i may be a bit more serious, but i always try to to stay positive even after the difficult weekend in Barcelona. when we had the issue, i didn't want to show too much negativity to the team. instead, i still try to to be positive and already moving the focus forward, its not the time to get bogged down for one bad weekends when you have so many coming up [..] i try to bring good energy in the team, try to joke with the team, include everyone. mechanics, engineers, also people from catering to making them feel appreciated of everything they do. oh sweet little guy

#MiamiGP 🇺🇸 | Lewis Hamilton post qualifying, says the team managed to sort out the software issue he had: “Yea, the car was much better in qualifying. I don’t think we had any power issues. That was the best that has been this weekend. We changed the car and I was much much happier. I wish I had started the weekend with that balance. Q2 was looking really solid and then when I got to Q3. I just struggled to extract the most from it.”

"I prefer to be either in a really hot sector or just in the growth names..." – Kristjan Kullamägi 🇺🇦 KQ puts a lot more emphasis on fundamentals, or the theme/story than many may think. Check out this clip where he talks more about it. "Even if you get a good setup on a random stock, it's probably not worth it. Especially if you can choose from like these growth stocks...like if you have plenty of growth stocks and then you have some random stocks, focus on the growth stocks, because earnings are fuel." – Kristjan Kullamägi 🇺🇦 "You need a reason for something to go up, stocks don't go up just because there's a certain pattern to it, ok? You find the stocks that have a reason to go up and then you look for patterns on those stocks, because patterns are just something that can increase your odds of success and maximize your risk/reward." – Kristjan Kullamägi 🇺🇦

I'm sharing the full security footage from the robbery. I wish I didn't have to prove that the worst night of my life was real. Too many people still think I made it up - I really wish it had been fake, or a prank. It wasn't. I still have nightmares. I was terrified, even thought I was going to die that night, but I survived. Now I'm trying to heal and move forward.

Postiz is on $135k MRR. But it was not always like that. I had to find many "ways" to get people in. I managed to get Postiz from 6k to 12k in one month! just before my daughter was born. It was a huge success! Since I was in the most flooded market out there (social media schedulers), I had to find a way to access new people that my competitors don't sell to. To do that, I had to find the channel to access them. And no, it was not X. Actually, you would not believe what the channel was. I talked about the channel and the psychology that goes behind it.

Lt Gov Dan Patrick to RJC: "When I tweeted out that I was removing [Carrie Prejean Boller from the Religious Liberty Commission], within 2 days we had 4.7 million people who tweeted, most in support of removing her from that committee!" *(The tweet actually got 4.7M *views*—the comments were overwhelmingly critical of his decision.)
