Just understand that this is not normal, Dominican Republic put up a wall and has drones, surveilling it to make sure that people are not crossing over there from Haiti. Are they racist? In fact, ICE has been violating their own policy for a year by arresting people at immigration court. But Secretary Mullin didn’t even know that. DHS does not get to make up their own laws and it’s time Sec. Mullin learns what they are and follows them.
