Ang cringe nito. Ito ang sinasabi ko sa previous post ko about the KSPs of HOR. In this video, Rep. Leandro Leviste actually took a selfie with Rep. Edwin Gardiola (kahit na ayaw nung isa). What's strange is Leviste even trailed Gardiola back to his seat hoping to talk to him. Fast-forward a bit, and suddenly Leviste is out there throwing shade at the same man he was calling his “fellow Batangueño.” May isa pa syang interview where he once again took shots at Gardiola. Honestly, I take Leviste’s “pasabog” with a grain of salt. Nnamdi Kanu is trending because his trial has been adjourned indefinitely. Barely 48hrs after he said no one should beg Tinubu, on his behalf. Because agitating Biafra is not a crime. He rejected the adjournment by Justice Binta Nyako. Lectured the court, alleged Nyako wants to exchange his head. September 24th, 2024, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu rejected and openly accused Justice Binta Nyako of being an unprofessional, bias Justice who actively disobeys the rule of law. Then asked her to remove herself from his trial. She admitted and transferred his case file to Justice Tosho. Justice Tosho rejected it and sent it back to Justice Nyako. MNK insisted he isn’t confident in Justice Nyako handling his case. That, if there is no one willing to handle his case in Abuja. Then, his trial should be moved to the South East. Since his alleged offense of “Treason” affects the South East, not the North. Then, they should be well equipped to handle the trial accordingly. Today in court, Justice Nyako appeared again and was ready to proceed with the case at the Federal High Court Abuja. As prosecution was looking to begin, MNK’s lawyer opposed, saying they are not here for trial. Justice Nyako then said, she initially recused herself from the case, but she was assigned back by the Chief Judge. That, they’d need to file a reassignment motion. As Kanu’s lawyers and the prosecution were arguing the need for such. Nnamdi Kanu demanded to speak. He said, he’s only in court out of respect. That, Nyako no longer has jurisdiction over his case. And he doesn’t understand why they always turn the law upside down when it comes to his case. He argued that, since Nyako had officially recused herself from his case. Then, the Chief Judge can’t impose, instead appeal. Kanu insisted Nyako is unprofessional and bias. Kanu said “If the Chief Judge disagrees, he should appeal the decision. You cannot preside over this case, not now, not today, not ever. You stand recused and you must leave my case. I don’t need you in my case. You are biased. Tell the Chief Judge that Nnamdi Kanu said so. This is not a court of law. This is a shrine to injustice and i will not subject myself to it”. After his submission, the prosecutor still wanted the court to go ahead with trial. MNK interrupted saying “Because of money they are paying you from the AGF’s office, a grown-up man like you is here supporting evil. The rule of law says you should go on appeal. The same Chief Judge, writing this stupid memo, I have recused him before. He sat on appeal, I took him to NJC and recused him. Why is he insisting on this one? He wants to embarrass your lordship by asking her to sit on this case.” Then Justice Nyako, decided Adjourn the case indefinitely due to the situation of things. Kanu again; “You have no jurisdiction to adjourn anything. None whatsoever. You cannot make an order without jurisdiction. The memo from the Chief Judge cannot confer jurisdiction upon you” Kanu insists they deliberately ignore the law due to their bias against him. That him agitating for Biafra is his right, that somehow they’ve changed his charge from treason to terrorism. He remains defiant, against Justice Nyako handling his trial. He alleged that Justice Nyako has reached some sort of agreement to give his head in exchange for the freedom of her husband and son, who are facing a criminal case. Case Dismissed 👊💥💥 This is Matt, and he is a member of The Jurist Society. He decided to intentionally get a speeding ticket just to test the knowledge he has learned in our group. He filed a motion to dismiss with an accompanying legal brief before the hearing. As soon as they called his case, they dismissed it saying the "officer did not show up". He was the only one whose officer "did not show up". Matt, knowing they had read the motion, decided to press the magistrate on it and expose the commercial equity nature of the court. She gets pissed and threatens to put his case back on the docket. Talk about extra credit. Well done, Matt!

THE EVIL RAPHESU WAS SUBJECTED TO UNDER ANDREA JOHNSON Cedric Nkabinde is such a traitor, a weak man who has allowed himself to be used by people to destroy other Black people's lives. Today we hear he sold out Mantsha Raphesu to Andrea Johnson and her cronies. 😭 Raphesu is so strong and determined to have him arrested. He claimed Raphesu called him to tell him that he was being investigated by IDAC, and the Investigator in the case was Brian Padayachee. There was no such a thing. There was not even an investigation against him. Then Mantsha was called by Johnson to her Office and told the allegations, and asked to hand over everything regarding the cases he was working on. They would institute a disciplinary case against him. Raphesu obviously denied ever calling Nkabinde. He offered to do a Polygraph test, offered to hand over his cellphone to be checked to show he never called Nkabinde. They did not do as he proposed. They took from February to October not saying anything to him about the disciplinary case, meanwhile sidelining him in the office. He wrote to them in October and enquired what was happening with the case. He has been told Nkabinde has written an Affidavit probably to withdraw his allegations. Raphesu has requested the Commission to assist him with an Investigator to make sure his matter doesn't land in wrong hands as he put it. He is going to open a criminal case against him. As he should. Currently he says he was removed from any cases relating to the Security Cluster. He is allocated cases from the Zondo Commission, Transnet etc. He says he just sits in his corner in that office. Jay-Z’s GQ interview dropped and everyone’s main focus was about his thoughts on the battle. But him speaking about this case was the most important part of the interview. I love that he didn’t play it cool and said exactly how he felt. Heartbroken. How consequences aren’t thought about enough these days. Because that’s the only way that someone like him can be accused of something like that without any evidence. Him having to tell his wife and children and being aware of the weight that would bring on their family. The story dropping on the eve of his daughter’s movie premiere to publicly humiliate him. Refusing to settle the case privately to avoid the bad press and reputational hit because he’d “DIE” if he settled a case for something he didn’t do. And how supportive his circle of friends and business partners were during that time. Them crackas need to pay for what they did.

This is one of the most misunderstood aspects of the MJ case. Michael settled a CIVIL case, which had no impact on the criminal one. The investigation continued and a trial would have taken place if his accusers had testified or if evidence had been found for the state to indict him. The accusers had the opportunity to BOTH receive money and pursue criminal charges, but chose not to. He settled the civil case because it was scheduled before the criminal one, which violated his Fifth Amendment rights. The Chandlers admitted in their book that they intentionally created this situation to pressure him into settling. Regardless, this is not relevant to the criminal case itself.

In a video, Joseph Fernandes says he’s breaking his silence to respond to what he calls inaccurate and misleading claims made about him and his colleague, both about the incident and about their personal lives.
