According to Leviste, he can do this by proving he is against kickbacks in the agency and by releasing the information that has been requested by the Congress today in DPWH's budget briefing. Dizon announced that DPWH Undersecretary Arrey Perez tendered his irrevocable resignation. Resigned-DPWH Usec. Perez was among the DPWH officials named by Rep. Leandro Leviste as having ties to contractors. Dizon said the DPWH will still investigate Perez’s alleged ties to contractors despite his resignation.
