Soft robotics engineers use 3D printing and Silicone 40A to create complex internal geometries - like pressure channels - printed in one piece, with no molds or post-assembly engineering required. Coming very soon to a 3D Printer near you. The sheer simplicity of the ammo and the lack of professional tools is a part of the demonstration so don't get too hurt by this. This is a project we have been working on for a while known as the Deep ammo series. It is a 3D printed ammunition system that uses a printed hull, powder, a primer (whether printed or normal), and a projectile. As of now we have these cycling in revolvers, and both actions but getting something like this firing semi-automatic is difficult. Not impossible though, we are hard at work and I just know you'll be seeing more of these soon.

A foreign boy was seen holding up a golden dragon, unwilling to put it down. Feng Zizhou, an exhibitor at Creative China zone, introduced to #GDToday that the 3D-printed dragon was made of photosensitive resin. The printing process is very complicated, requiring modelling first and then printing. The printing period is quite long, and it takes three days to print a piece like this.

Sheet metal forming involves various processes where force is applied to a piece of sheet metal to plastically deform the material into the desired shape, modifying its geometry rather than removing any material. Sheet metals can be bent or stretched into a variety of complex shapes, permitting the creation of complex structures with great strength and a minimum amount of material. Sheet metal forming is the most cost-effective forming procedure today for manufacturing parts in large quantities.
