We lock and use door handle alarms - if anyone touches the handle - the alarm goes off LOUDLY! Lots of different choices online.

Always double lock your doors or put chains on them..

Remember back in the day when people wouldn't even lock their doors and everyone knew each other.

always use all the door locks when sleeping in hotels.

@CircusMonkey16 I'd wait behind the door. You wouldn't want to scare them off too quickly when you'd have the jump on them. Karate chop like James bond and a ufc style choke hold. Leave them in the bath filled with ice. 10k or something for a kidney I think.
