ESPN's Elle Duncan brought attention to the asymmetrical 3-point line issues in Portland in studio during halftime of NC State-Texas. Chiney Ogwumike, a studio analyst who also dabbles in the NBA, commended NC State and Texas' players and coaches for continuing on anyway. "I wanna give credit to the women's game. Because I'm fortunate to also call a lot of NBA games. And in regular season games, we've seen the rim off. The 3-point line. They stop and say, 'We won't play.'" "These women are showing up and saying, 'No matter what, we're here for March Madness, and we're showing up. And we're playing despite the discrepancies.' So, a lot of kudos to these ladies out there and the coaches for keeping them calm, too."

Kelvin Sampson with an impassioned call for University of Houston pride at crowded Coaches' Caravan event in Sugar Land: "I don't know about this commuter school bullshit... We're the University of Houston. We're the University of Houston. Don't you take a backseat to nobody. "Don't talk to me about U of T. Or Texas A&M. We just played Texas A&M, right. How'd that go? ". . . We have respect for everybody in this state. We have respect for everybody in this conference. But we don't take a backseat to nobody. And neither should you. "Quit acting like these teams are up here. No, they're not. You're up here. Start acting like it. Start supporting this program."

The reason why i said Muhammad Haris should never play for Pakistan is because of his Brainless Batting & Attitude. His team was 220 for 1 and Musa takes brilliant Hat trick to bring score board to 220 for 4 and here comes M Haris plays the very next ball & makes it 220-5 😡!

4 days. 2 fireside chats. 3 keynotes. 15 plenaries. 9 AI showcases. 1 documentary. 500+ delegates across media, academia, civil society, government, and the international community. For the third time, we pulled off the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development Media and Development Conference. A week on, what stays with me most is the depth of the conversations and the seriousness of the commitments. For us at CJID, this was proof that careful work, collaboration, and persistence still matter. Onward.

Texas A&M's Associate Head of Graduate Chemistry quietly resigned last spring and then resurfaced in a leadership role at a Chinese government-funded lab 🚨 Dr. Lei Fang, received federal grants for "sensitive" projects before leaving to work at a Chinese lab “The specialist, Alan Phelps, traced years of deep ties between Dr. Lei Fang and Chinese institutions, including extensive travel, a visiting post at a defense-linked university, and a Texas A&M patent he licensed to a Chinese company — Phelps also documented that Fang held sensitive U.S. federal grants and reviewed American research proposals, giving him insider access to cutting-edge taxpayer-funded work.” Literally treason
