"BEE is how you rob black shack dwellers and drive a Rolls Royce." That's quite correct — BEE is a scam and it'll always be. The ANC created BEE to use the State as a laundromat. It doesn't empower Black South Africans or grow the economy, it only exists to enrich ANC thugs.

It's true, Elon Musk doesn't want preferential treatment. He is against unjust and discriminatory ANC policies. Investors and foreign companies want to create jobs in South Africa but BEE stops them. Actually, BEE is a crime when looking at SA's unemployment and poverty stats.
