Latina here…. Who owns a catering business…. This is disgusting. 1. Onion with bacon… simply wrap bacon on single rings, dip in batter and place in fryer. Burritos: -cook all the meat… make it a picadillo (look it up) - spread easy refried beans on tortilla -melt cheese on grill -place tortilla with beans facing down on cheese - put some picadillo - add those onion rings -squeeze a strip of sour cream across. -add whatever other toppings like guacamole, etc. and wrap. - place on grill for a nice crispy outside. This guy is an idiot. All that wasted batter 🙄

This guy needs to be banned from everything, including life. It’s just that ridiculous.

This is the absolute epitome of stupid food. The only thing that could possibly redeem it is a burning Marlboro Red 100 dangling from his lips the entire time he’s building that tortilla lattice. I’d throw in an extra 50 points if there was a rescue animal in the background rocking a surgery cone or a little cast on its paw.

Drizzling the batter on after dropping it into the oil really showcases this guy's level of dip shit.

The tortillas he fried with the meat aren't the same tortillas that are wrapping the final burrito that he wraps in foil. He was having trouble wrapping the thing, realized it was a disaster & switched wrapping method to make you think it worked. FAR too much tortilla, too.

There is a certain type -this guy is one of them- who seek prestige and status through cooking, despite the fact that they simply don’t like food. They fundamentally lack an understanding of what makes food GOOD vs BAD. It’s a cargo cult mentality. They always pull the same gimmicks such as oversizing, deep frying, bacon-wrapping, and combining separate things into one thing. The McGangbang is the classic example. We all had that friend who was skinny as a rail and NEVER ATE, but he’d always make sure everyone saw him put his McChicken between his McDouble patties so you’d think “wow he big strong and he #1 mcdonalds enjoyer”… but the you try it one time and you’re disappointed cuz the net food enjoyment is much higher and lasts much longer if you eat the items separately. I promise you, this guy did that to his friends.

Warning : You cant put red beans in a burrito. They interact with the tortilla and become toxic. This guy likely died from this and I'm surprised his family posted the video.

Couple tips: -learn how to roll a burrito -distribute ingredients evenly -put the sour cream in a bottle with some hot sauce and drizzle it all over the insides -season your meat -egg wash on the tortilla lattice -do the funnel while it's in the oven
