It’s safe to say that creating videos using a Character Sheet is much better than using image-to-video. It’s very flexible and seamless. I’ve been using shot by shot image to video model before, but I just tried out the Character Sheet method this morning. I used single image to generate 9 videos. This is what vibe directing feels like. A few details impressed me: Director first generates the voiceover, then uses it as reference audio for Seedance 2.0.
