“It is what it is” Should never be underestimated

...

“It is what it is” 💀

Ma man made a good decision right there.

it is what is mentality pisses me off but it truly is what it is…

I hit the lottery with my wife. I wish I could give her more even though she asks for nothing but honesty and loyalty.

Don’t get married at 23

Don't get married at all or until 35+ people change. At 35. Your in the groove of not caring

That's so disgusting. Any woman that cheats is abhorrent. Dude had pain in his eyes, and she irreparably broke this dude. There are good ones, it's sad they're not as prevalent as they once were. This toxic "western" culture and insipid propaganda is encouraging such behavior.

self respect trumps everything, fuck em all

Known her his whole life......

Keep your head high King 👑 You lost NOTHING and dodged a catastrophe, she can never replace you, after you is downgrade and for the streets🫡

I wish men would stand by other men ... and stop doing this knowing if it was done to them... it would hurt them.. If only men could say no to these women.

Left on deployment and she was pregnant, had our child 4 months before coming back and she was pregnant again.

In the 1980s, we generally lost 2 Marine Corps officer marriages per squadron 6-month deployment. Was kinda sad.

If this is true, poor dude. The family nucleus is dying in this country

Sad but true

men, just go your own way.

Heartbreaking. I hope he doesn’t give up on love. She was a thot in disguise, but I reckon he could easily find an actual good girl eventually.

One evil person ruined his life, poor guy!

Man, since elementary school? Cheating hurts, but there's some deeper issues going on if that's happening and there is no forgiveness with the weight of that history. Early love can be a wicked prison.

I have 7 deployments and 2 ex-wives. You know...maybe I'll tell those stories some day on here. In reality, none of it mattered. None of the strife and stress and rebuilding of lives and shattered dreams mattered because after all of that bullshit I ended up meeting the best woman I've ever had the privilege to run into (what a story that is) and somehow, through much effort, I somehow talked her into marrying me. She saved me. Her father was a Nuclear Engineer on a sub in the Navy. He's now the automations engineer and cyber security guy at a fortune 500 company. Let's just, for arguments sake, assume he's orders of magnitude beyond me in most regards but he also knows for a fact that I'll fight to the death to protect his daughter and his grandchildren. So he accepts me. I drove 6 hours and waited 6 more hours to ask his permission to marry her. This guy made me wait 6 hours at the sheets down the road because he "had a work emergency". Okay 😒 He's a Nuclear Engineer yall he knew why I called and asked to meet him in person for. I'd been dating his daughter for 3 years. He was just making me sweat. Best use of my time ever. My wife, smokestack that she is, is no doubt way, way, wayway out of my league. Seriously. Think King of Queens off balance here. At the time we met, I had two ex-wives and 5 kids no money and no degree. She was single no kids, never married, highly educated and fairly well off to boot. But for some reason she accepted me. I still have no idea why. I'm talking private school, full-ride-scholarship gets the college of her choice because she got into all the ones she applied to, got a degree in mathematics and later in accounting, and was, at least, rank-wise, forbidden fruit. No one in my entire family had ever been to college at that time and I had nothing material to offer her and she still accepted me. Wild right? She's given me my sixth and best child. He's certainly my favorite. By far. It's not even close y'all. My kids know that he's my favorite (because I tell them basically every day) but he's their favorite too so it's cool. Whoever said your children should be equals never had 6 kids nor a merit based household. I believe it's a great idea to let my kids know what their rank is on my list. I do it quite often. It is an easy way to reinforce my number one saying in life, which is, "Life is all about choices and the consequences that come from the choices we make. There are both good and bad consequences and it's important you know the difference." We give small prizes for the kid of the month and kid of the year gets a much larger Christmas than the others. I mean, shouldn't they?! The kid who did all of their numerous chores, and got excellent grades, who was a good friend to people, and performed well in their extracurricular activities and were kind and thoughtful but also tough and not easily deceived while willing to work themselves slap to the bone because I will too, that kid, deserves more than those who don't do those things. Don't you think? Everything is earned in my household, that you can trust. It all comes down to my philosophy on being a father. My job as a father is to produce fully functioning members of society who are ready to face the world when the world deems them adults. I do not bear that responsibility lightly. It is also my duty to provide for and protect them. These are 1a 1b priorities for me. This I'll defend. I would take a life to save mine. I would give my life to protect theirs. I lead by example in my life and live by my principles guided by my moral compass and ethics. That's why governments fear men like me. They want controllable dumb placid children. I don't make those. At any rate, my wife's either the kindest soul on the planet or I'm the rizziest rizzler rizzing because I absolutely don't deserve her. And since I know it's coming, thank you all for acknowledging how kind my wife is. I can feel you throwing shade already

Where are all the stories from women about disloyal men in long relationships? There aren’t any.

Yeah my ex wiped me out too

Jody came a calling

Sometimes “it is what it is” will be your most powerful remedy to moving forward.

Adultery is illegal under the UCMJ

Always wanted to start a family, but never one that divides. This happens all too often...
