TeraWulf $WULF CFO Patrick Fleury states that either NVIDIA, Amazon, or Google will backstop Anthropic's lease payments to TeraWulf at their 401MW Kentucky data center, unless Anthropic itself goes public and establishes a "really strong" investment grade credit rating in the near-term. "In the press release, we said that the lease payments will be backed by investment grade credit support. And we chose that language very carefully.. because one of two things is going to happen. First off, Anthropic, just like OpenAI and others uses three primary chip providers. NVIDIA, Amazon, and Google. One of those three will be providing the chips for this data center. So we will either do something similar that we've done in the past where one of those investment grade providers provides credit support to the project because they're selling tens of billions of dollars of chips into the project. Or if we decide not to do that because Anthropic gets public similar to SpaceX and similar to SpaceX has a strong investment grade credit rating, then you don't need the investment grade credit wrap from one of the bigger guys."

The first is the software tools the agent needs access to. If I'm an investment banker, I have access to Excel, SEC EDGAR where all the financial reports are, and PowerPoint. Agents need the same access." "We build simulated versions because of infrastructure and access constraints. Labs are querying that tool thousands of times in a given second."
