Bringing this moment back from D-Day The Final. I was at home watching it. And I remember very clearly my dad was walking past me, stopped to watch this part. And right as the crowd sang back 누가 나만큼 해, my dad was stunned. My house speakers were shaking. I can only imagine what kspo dome felt like. The impact Yoongi has. That moment that we shared. I lived in the US for a year back in 2003. Matrix Reloaded came out in May, and the hype around it was seriously insane, beyond imagination. In the movie, the main characters are using this super cool phone, and then in a close-up shot, I spotted the 'Samsung' logo right there on it. It felt absolutely mind-blowing and magical. I came back to Korea full of hope that this thing would actually go on sale worldwide. But later I found out it was only released in the US as a super limited edition of just 5,000 units (or so I heard back then). I was hugely disappointed… but eventually, I tracked one down and bought it from a collector. Even now, looking at it, the design is still so damn cool. I took it to a carrier to try using it for real, but they told me it’s a 2G phone and can’t be used anymore. That was another big letdown, I remember it clearly. Do you guys like the Matrix movies too? I’m a total huge fan!

I went from 92 to 98 miles an hour by adjusting my drop. When I used to think about the drop phase in my delivery, I thought I needed to drop as hard as I could into my back leg. So that’s what I did. I dropped in, got into a squat position, and powered myself out of it. That got me to the low to mid nineties. What got me to 96, 97, and 98 was learning to create linear momentum during the drop. I started moving down the mound instead of just dropping straight down. One of the biggest things that helped was dropping into the inside of my back foot. Before, I would drop into the sole of my back foot. That put me in a very vertical shin angle and I’d go straight down. Then I had to push out of it. The simple adjustment I made was dropping into the inside of my back foot. That put me in a position where my shin wasn’t as vertical. It created a force vector that helped me get down the mound and build linear momentum instead of just going straight down. That linear momentum wasn’t powered by me. It was powered by gravity. I was able to use gravity to my advantage and throw harder with less effort.

the story behind mingyu’s “set me free” challenge he really put effort into it and was even disappointed that it wasn’t how he expected it to be 🥹 #민규 🐶 i didn't want to just film the challenge in a hotel. so i even thought about this: when we arrive at the airport, get out of the car, and the reporters and fans are taking photos of us, you know? right after getting out of the car, before crossing the street... i actually thought about filming it then. but i was way too embarrassed to do it 🐶 i wanted to film it somewhere on the streets, but i just couldn't find a nice spot anywhere in paris. so after the show, on the way back to the hotel, i asked them to pull over for a second. they stopped the car by the side of the road, and i just ran and filmed it 🐶 but then another problem came up. turns out it actually takes some practice. trying to listen to the song and go while matching the beat 'dung dung dung dung' was really confusing too. and the bigger problem was that the streets in paris were so noisy. my manager was filming me while playing the song from his phone, but i couldn't hear it at all. that's why you could see me holding his phone. i was listening to the song through that. so i was kind of disappointed. and looking back at it, i should've paid more attention to the little details: i should’ve done it lifting my shirt like this 🐶 it was fun, but i still wish i could've done it better

I managed record the video after they deleted since it was on a tab still open from before they deleted it. I knew not to refresh, rather I hit the Grok button. ▫️At first it told me that it was a video of Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt saying "That's so cool...it's launching soon, right?" and a man identified as Benjamin Netanyahu responded "yes." 😶 ▫️Then I put the model in Expert mode and hit the Grok button again and it said almost the same thing except the second time it said the ONLY audio came from Leavitt and it didn't say anything about Netanyahu or any other voices. I managed record the video after they deleted since it was on a tab still open from before they deleted it. I knew not to refresh, rather I hit the Grok button. ▫️At first it told me that it was a video of Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt saying "That's so cool...it's launching soon, right?" and a man identified as Benjamin Netanyahu responded "yes." 😶 ▫️Then I put the model in Expert mode and hit the Grok button again and it said almost the same thing except the second time it said the ONLY audio came from Leavitt and it didn't say anything about Netanyahu or any other voices.
