Before my accident I always enjoyed pushing myself physically, and this is exactly the same challenge, just on a fundamentally different level. It’s tough and exhausting both physically and mentally but when you put in the effort all that pain turns into something positive.

FIRST EVER SUB 30 MIN 5K ❤️Speechless. Something I’ve always struggled with when I began running 4 months ago was speed and how to pace my self. Today was the most physically and mentally tough run I’ve ever done but so glad I put the shoes on. Thank you for believing in me, it means everything! Mental health matters 🙏

Honestly, hearing Steph say that they want to make sure Caitlin is good “physically, mentally, emotionally” and the fact that she’s not even at practice… I really hope she’s okay. Obviously, physically. But most of all, mentally and emotionally.

I think the Apostles understand prayer on a different level and in this video are putting forth a lot of effort in teaching how prayer can and should be. Something you prepare for and put lots of thought into.
