Philip Seymour Hoffman’s performance in Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead has to be seen to be believed. If you haven’t watched this film- directed by the late, great Sidney Lumet- I’m begging you to give this a shot. PSH is a force of nature in this film- as is Ethan Hawke.
