That cooking pot is Teflon with all the coating half distintegrated. It’s highly toxic. Very bad to show making anything that is supposed to promote health. I suggest re-recording it with a non-teflon pot.

Very unhealthy unless you grow it yourself. Pineapples get sprayed with some of the worst chemicals on earth.
