Believe it or not- Everything you see in this frame is falling. 😅 When I first reached the International Space Station, I had this strange hesitation: if I let go of something, won’t it just fall? On Earth, that’s exactly what happens. In space, though, my early instinct was...

250709 | #ATEEZ #Hongjoong on how creative expression beyond music inspires his growth as an artist , TOKTOQ pop (voice) live (rough translation): I’m also studying design and slowly creating things on my own, step by step. I’ve said something similar before, but honestly - who knows what might happen in the distant future, right? For now, though, I’m still in the process of learning more about myself - my tastes, my design style, and how I work. And I know that if I ever do create something, our ATINYs would definitely take interest and support it. But as I continue getting to know myself, I just want to say - and I’ll say this clearly - I have absolutely no intention of starting a brand or selling anything at this point. Not even a little bit. Right now, I just see this - working and designing - as another way of expressing myself. That’s all it is. At least for now, I don’t have any plans beyond that. So I know there are people who hope I might do something more with this, and on the other hand, there may also be some fans who start to wonder, “Is he planning something?” - and maybe feel a bit uneasy about it. Because it could seem like I’m taking on too much or not focusing on my main work. But I’m very aware of that myself, and honestly, I don’t want that to happen. I really don’t. So to be clear - I’ll say it firmly - I don’t have any such plans right now. It all started simply because I wanted to try wearing clothes from different brands, and eventually, I thought, “I want to wear what I want,” or “I want to create something I’d like to wear.” That’s the situation I’m in. I just want to keep expressing myself. As long as it doesn’t become a burden for me or interfere with my schedule, I’d love to keep doing fun and creative things and share them with our ATINYs. So… it’s really just that. Since I’ve been using something like a stylized “HJ” - kind of like a personal mark - some people might start thinking, “Oh, is he launching a brand?” But absolutely not. That’s not the case at all. I’ve just been adding that mark to the clothes I make because I think it looks nice, and it kind of makes it feel like it’s mine. That’s really all there is to it. To be honest, I do want to make a tag eventually, but the design isn’t fully clear in my head yet - I haven’t figured it out. So for now, I’m just using the logo that’s in my mind. And honestly, it’s not like I’m trying to hide anything or doing something secretly behind my members’ backs. I just wanted to talk about it openly and put it out there. Because that way, I can really have fun with it. And if our ATINYs say, “Oh, that looks nice,” then I can just feel happy about it as it is. And even if I end up making something that doesn’t turn out so great sometimes, if ATINYs say, “You made that?” - even that, I can just laugh and enjoy it for what it is. So that’s what it is. That’s really the reason. Continuously creating - not just in music, but in other areas too - gives me so much energy. And I truly believe that this kind of creativity brings new inspiration to my performances as well. I think that’s what it is - the process of constantly making something new gives me another kind of drive, another kind of motivation. That’s what it feels like to me. So… that’s why I enjoy it. And honestly, that’s also why - even more so - I feel more motivated when it comes to things like choreography practice, or even just the basics of rapping. It makes me want to put in even more effort.

Zack Snyder discusses virtual production technology with the Russo Bros. and explains why he chose to build practical sets for Rebel Moon: "The idea of this sort of virtual production that's really interesting is that it does come back around. The green screen environment is an exclusive world, right? "Like there's not a lot of guys that can make a movie with no sets. Because as it is now, there's a thousand visual effects artists between that green screen and it being in your movie. "In the virtual production version, anybody who walks in there with a camera... The desert is there. And they can go and film it. So in a lot of ways it's kind of... it demystifies visual effects a little bit. "The thing that I've always found a little off-putting about a big green screen environment is it's not really engaging for anybody. Even for us, even for the filmmakers. We've been looking at the concept, we know what it is. "And the actors especially are like, 'I don't know where the hell I am.' Like, 'I guess... Okay, whatever you guys say, I'll do it.'" Anthony Russo: "But for camera operators too, right? It's just like there's nothing to grab on to." Snyder: "Yeah, I don't know, tilt up to the mountain. What mountain?" Joe Russo: "No, no, it's a little higher." Snyder: "Yeah, exactly. I think it's a small mountain. "Anyway, but I do think that the introduction of this kind of virtual productions as a concept really brings sort of physicality back to visual effects. And sort of a fantastic world. "You really can, you know, you can feel it and see it. They can put Atmos in, it can really feel like you're in a place. Which is really just... You're more passionate about it, you know, filming it. "Like I did a small thing that we were just really more of an experiment. And I was really fascinated by like, you know, they're like, 'Okay, here's, we have a cave set with light shafts coming through these holes in the ceiling.' And then we were like, literally, you know, 'Okay, now we're in like this forest.' "And it was the same rocks, but suddenly they didn't look like- they worked in both spots. It was just, I was like, 'Wow, this is really...' And even the focus and everything, the wall understood the depth of field as well. "So like everything, like especially in the eyepiece was like, 'Wow, that's scary.' That's like, feels like I'm there. So I think there's huge potential and hugely exciting future for that technology. "You know, as it becomes more available to like, and also scale, I think, you know, from this to like also being able to have, you know, 100 guys standing around inside of, you know, a giant environment would be just, it's just cool. Which they're doing now anyway, everyone's doing it. "But what was funny, because like on the movie that we're working on now, we ended up, we took a deep dive into it. And it just, the reason why we ended up not doing it in the end was because we just, we have these big war scenes. "And I had like 100 guys, you know, and we were just like, I don't even like, the amount of French reverses I have to do, everyone's brains were exploding. "Because, you know, you're always like, I'm like, 'Oh, just flip the set again and flip the set again.' And then for his reverse, we flipped the set that way and we flipped the set that way. "And so we had to build all the, all in the design, everything was symmetrical, right? Like the bridges and the houses were kind of symmetrical. "So you could always be flipping and not tell... because the sets were all symmetrical. You could shoot them from both sides and it was kind of the same. But the audience couldn't tell because the backgrounds were not symmetrical. "So it was only the immediate stuff, you know. It was, so it was a bit of a brain teaser for everyone. And then in the end, we were like, because of the scale of the fighting, I was like, 'Oh, let's just...' "So now we're just building it up the road. "But it's cool. "It's fun to build a giant thing as well. Just to go there and like, 'Oh my God, we made a village.'

Elon Musk: My initial plan was not to start a rocket company. I just wanted to fund a one-time Oasis mission to Mars. “I started off initially with the idea of doing something in the space exploration arena. In fact, it wasn't actually with the idea of creating a company. It was initially with the thought of spurring interest in sending people to Mars. So I put together this idea called Mars Oasis, which was to send a small greenhouse to the surface of Mars and get people excited about the idea of going there and thus increase NASA's budget in order to make it happen. As I got more and more into that, I discovered that the real issue was that the cost of space transportation was really high, and it was getting worse. So we're used to technology getting better every year, but in some arenas it actually does not. It gets worse, particularly when you consider that in 1969 we were able to go to the moon and then we were unable to go beyond low Earth orbit. And now with the space shuttle retired, we're not even able to go to Earth orbit at all, even with people. That was not the right trajectory. So I actually went to Russia three times to look at buying an ICBM to launch this mission. Just very crazy. After my third trip of trying to negotiate with the Russians to buy an ICBM and I did actually get a deal, so figured out what it would cost and everything. But I concluded that my initial assumption had been wrong, that it was not a question of trying to generate more will to explore. Because I think the United States in particular is distillation of the human spirit of exploration. Space exploration is fundamental to the American psyche. But people really need to believe that it can be done and it's not going to break the bank if it does. So that's when I decided to start a rocket company. And I actually didn't think it would succeed and it almost didn't. We started off developing a small rocket which was kind of a scale model version. It was about 100,000 pounds of thrust. So big, you know, big, big by normal standards, but small for a rocket. And developed the engine and the airframe and the electronics and the guidance control system and then proceeded to have three failed launches in a row. And so for various technical reasons, the first three launches did not succeed in reaching orbit. Launches two and three did get to space, but they didn't achieve enough speed to reach orbital velocity. So this is 2008. And so we were heading into the recession and we had one rocket left. And fortunately in late 2008, that fourth launch did work and we made it to orbit. And then we won a NASA contract after that. And so fortunately things worked out. But if that fourth launch had not worked, then SpaceX wouldn't be around. So it was very close call. In fact, when I started I thought, okay, I've got enough money, I think I've got enough money for three launches. Fortunately, it was just enough to make that fourth one.” Montana Jobs Summit, September 16, 2013

my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. It’s got a little bit of light in it. Don’t forget to put your feet in the grass … Mind

WE BLOOMING BEAUTY #PlantneryxWilliamEst #WilliamEst 🦈: i said i’m not going anywhere anyway. there are times when we feel like, maybe we’re not suitable for each other. i feel like i see everything and i realize that maybe i’m the one causing the problem. i think, well, if i step back, maybe it would be better. i’ve thought, like, if this problem didn’t exist, things might be better. it probably wouldn’t have happened. i feel like okay should we separate? but we’re talking about this from the perspective of we actually don’t want to separate. in terms of work, everything’s great. if it’s just the two of us, everything’s happy. but because of external factors, it causes a lot of problems. some of these problems make sense, some don’t. i don’t like having problems, and i feel like it’s okay to just leave it, but when i keep everything inside, it makes me sad and all kinds of things start building up. when we clear things up, we like to deep talk. once we start talking, everything gets more serious, because he doesn’t want to separate and i don’t want to separate, but why do we have to separate? that’s basically what it was like at that time. 🎸: how did we sort it out? i’ve been thinking that even if he tries to push me away, i won’t go. 🦈: i’m not pushing away 🎸: even if you try, or if you say you don’t want to do this anymore, i’ll find a way to make it work, because since we started the thamepo project, we’ve never had any problems. we just argue, which comes from outside issues. we had to talk about it. i feel like it doesn’t make sense for us to separate, so i said, i wouldn’t let him go anywhere. let’s live our lives together.
