What a crock. You guys claim to care about your customers but when it really comes down to it you guys don’t. I understand delays and weather are not in your control. However, poor customer service and doing best to make things right are and you failed with me now twice w/ that.

@united I haven’t booked United for my last several trips because your flights are always delayed due to maintenance issues. However, we traveled as part of a corporate group & they used United. Surprise, we are deplaning & have a several hour delay because your plane is broken…
