Please work on your customer service..especially in Istanbul airport. I have had the worst experience traveling with Turkish airlines.

As a student going to US, they have wrongly collected Rs 20685/- and they have accepted their fault, but now, when it is time to release the payment, they keep on giving false excuses. The incident happened in Aug 2022 and now it's Jan 2023. Worst experience I ever had.

Please fix your website. I have been trying for 2 days to add my partner to this ticket or create a new ticket for 2 people. I have spoken to 6 people 6 times & tried online about 20 times but your ancient website doesn't work half the time & your agents can barely speak English.

I called your customer service several times they opened a ticket to IT they email me saying call customer service. Horrible service by Turkish airlines very disappointed i still haven’t been helped

I have been trying to reschedule the flight but customer center is not able to access my ticket and they are saying my ticket is void. This is becoming frustrating and I have a flight in few days.

1.Absolutely joke, I was off board this morning because I was late only 10 minutes my flight was 6:25 and I reached at the counter 5:35 staff was not friendly and was not ready to resolve the issue. They said I am late I explained them I was involved in an accident ..

A very poor and disappointing customer service, no one is responding on the feedbacks and when you call to the customer service they asking you to write a feedback

My school said said they would be having a 7 day mourning for turkey during my arrival period , I don't know if there is any way you can help to avoid issues
