Incredible as always. Out of curiosity - what is the advantage of using marching squares to mesh it, over using a delete geometry node?

You get smoother/interpolated cuts compare just to the deleting it, of course you can smooth the deleted boundary edges to get similar results

Nice. How do you run a solver in a material?

The solver runs on the mesh vertices, and the vertex color outputted to the shader editor

It is, I am not sure if this possible to do in the shader editor because you need to average/blur values and do that each iteration
