Benjamin Crump LIED about the sheriff making a final ruling day one just to manufacture fake racial outrage over Nolan Wells. It's completely irresponsible to accuse police of misconduct when they simply stated that no (initial) evidence of foul play existed.

I'm glad Jason Rantz on Seattle Red covered the Nolan Wells case and asked the questions a lot of us are asking -- why are his parents teaming up with race hustlers Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton to imply -- without any evidence thus far -- that a gang of white people murdered their son. Why are they putting trust in Crump, who "claim[ed] law enforcement can't be trusted when black children are killed? This before they even got any substantive details about the investigation!"

Watching Benjamin Crump eat a snack during a serious interview about Nolan Wells struck me as unprofessional and distracting. More importantly, I question the decision to bring him in as a spokesperson for this case. From what has been publicly reported, there has been no evidence presented that Nolan’s disappearance and death were racially motivated. Because of that, I think that introducing racial narratives before the facts support them could distract from the central question: what actually happened to Nolan Wells? Nolan appeared to have friends from different backgrounds, and I believe the focus should remain on finding answers and establishing the truth based on evidence rather than turning the case into a broader social or political cause. The family has every right to choose their legal team and advocates, but I think this approach risks taking attention away from the facts of the case. As for the interview itself, seeing a spokesperson eating on camera during such a serious discussion did not inspire confidence.

Lawyers for the Attorney General Rossa Fanning were in the High Court this morning making submissions to Mr Justice David Nolan on how best to strip Enoch Burke’s salary from him. In a recent ruling granting the Attorney General permission to go after Enoch Burke’s livelihood, Mr Justice David Nolan made a finding of fact that was completely contrary to the evidence before the Court. When he was challenged about this today, Mr Justice Nolan lied about what the evidence had been, refused to entertain any submissions on the matter, and eventually called the Gardaí to the courtroom. Enoch Burke has already spent 500 days unjustly incarcerated. Now the Government and the Courts are working together to penalise him further by removing his salary. All this because an excellent teacher is simply refusing to bow to transgender ideology.
