Even before I get home—once I’m off work, say goodbye to everyone, and get into the car, I put on my headphones right away. It’s like switching into “recharging my social battery” mode. You might hear me say this a lot, but it’s really important to me. Throughout the day, we meet all kinds of people—so many people. I’m not actually an extroverted person, but for work, I have to show a certain extroverted side. I don’t know if introverted people can relate, but it’s really exhausting. It’s not that I don’t want to talk to anyone or anything like that—I just need some time for myself. So once I’m in the car, I put on my headphones and stop receiving any information. That’s my way of self-healing. Or when I get home, I play with my dogs. I have two dogs, Bonbon and Boba. Just hugging them already feels so healing. Simple things like that are enough to make me happy.

I mean I think by then I ran out of tears 'cause I did the whole in lap, like crying a bit, took my helmet off. I think I ran out a little bit and then when I hugged my mom, she was the first person I went to was my mom and my dad. I wouldn't be here. It's quite simple. I wouldn't be here without them. 👤 things you do when things are hard. things that make you happy. 🐈In my case I think when I'm stressed or having a hard time I don't try to force myself to be happy. I think I need to be able to look at my situation objectively in order to overcome it. So I actually try to accept it. When I'm stressed I listen to more calm and deep music. I don't think I'll get any brighter even if I try to force myself to listen to bright music. So, I accept the current situation and because the stress is caused by something not going my way I have to solve it for the stress to be relieved. I think I try to find a solution like that. 👤So, you don't avoid it and face it head-on. 🐈Yes, if I avoid it, I think I'll just get stressed again in the end. jungwon🫳🏻😭😭😭

You know, we like to talk a lot, but not a lot of people like to live it out. And I make mistakes, but I want to try to live it out to the best of my ability. I think secondly, through the way of communication, I've always had a heart to make complex ideas simpler to understand because I'm not a smart guy. I have a hard time reading Shakespeare and complex literature, so I like doing that. But sometimes I'll be sitting and talking with someone, and I feel like God tells me something about the person. They're struggling with something or if they've got a physical ailment and I'll ask. And sometimes it's true. Sometimes it's not. I'm not not discouraged if it's right or wrong, but if it's right, sometimes God speaks through that way. Those are a few ways God speaks through me, but, but the intrusive thing is so beautiful because I think he can speak to everyone intrusively and it is so sweet when it happens. And it was, it was happening this morning to me in the shower, which is so sweet and beautiful, you know. I struggle a lot with what people think about me because I've always struggled with people pleasing before being a Christian. And so, you know, if I'm misunderstood or someone takes something in the way that I didn't say it, I get hurt because I'm like, oh, I didn't mean it that way. Or, you know, whatever. So I'm kind of talking to Jesus and I'm in the shower praying and I'm going, man, God, I want to be more like you. I want to be how you want me to be. I want to love you. And I want to be your son. And I just want to focus on being yours. And I don't want to care what other people think. And this, this and that. And Jesus was speaking to me about some practical things I needed to do. Like it would help you if you, you know, stopped looking at what people say online. It would help if you deleted Instagram. And it would help if you did this. And, it would help if you would just trust other people to do what they're supposed to do. So you can focus on being mine. And I'm sitting there in the shower going like, wow, this is so good. Do you ever get imposter syndrome? Yunjin : Guys, imposter syndrome is a real thing and it's really hard But, um, I think if you have imposter syndrome it's not... well, nothing in life nothing in this world is 100% good, 100% bad but, I think with imposter syndrome there's more good than there is bad That's kind of how I try to like stabilize myself whenever I feel like I'm having imposter syndrome and that's wrong of me I try to remind myself that "Oh it's better than having like a huge ego Because if you are doubting yourself, it's good to a point It gets to a point, you know?
