🧀🥚 CRISPY CHEESE CRUSTED DEVILED EGGS 🥚🧀 Everyone’s been asking, so here’s the recipe — and it’s SO simple. What you need: • Deviled eggs, halved • 1 beaten egg (for washing) • Finely shredded cheese (Parmesan, white cheddar, Asiago — your call) • 2 tbsp butter How to make them: Heat butter in a skillet until it JUST starts to brown, that’s your sweet spot. Dip the flat side of each deviled egg into the egg wash, then press into the shredded cheese. Ever had crème fraîche scrambled eggs? In my opinion, scrambled eggs are a lot like steak. Cook them too much and they’re just not as good. Cook them slow and low with the addition of a tablespoon of sour cream or crème fraîche and it’s an entirely different dish. Use medium heat, melt a little butter and keep scraping and moving the eggs constantly. If you omit the crème fraîche or sour cream, you just end up with soft scrambled eggs, which are still quite delicious. It’s ok if they look a little wet. That’s how you want them.

I have had a carnivore grilled cheese sandwich living in my head for over a MONTH, and today I finally made the damn thing. And holy shit. 😂 Actual slices of bread. Crispy, buttery outside. Soft center. Ridiculous cheese pull. And it actually has the mouthfeel of a grilled cheese sandwich. I adapted my carnivore bun recipe into a full loaf because sometimes I don’t want another burger patty or another plate of eggs.
