ABC had a real opportunity to stand up for the First Amendment but Trump threatened to never appear on their network again and that he wouldn't allow anyone in his administration to appear on their Sunday Talk Shows, if they didn't settle Trump's lawsuit. ABC showed they care more about Trump ratings than Free Speech. There is no doubt ABC would have won if it had gone to trial. Pitiful! #Bad4AmericaGood4MSM

Well, Mark Zuckerberg agrees with us now. He sees his wrongdoing during the last election in censoring Americans first amendment right. He also is getting rid of the fact checkers because they have highly leaned liberal. He is going to the same type of community notes system that X uses. It is a community policing policy. No post get taken down, they just get community noted if they are lying. It is a great system that works awesome on here.

The wording of the bill is vague and open to interpretation, which means even ordinary statements could be judged as ill will and lead to serious criminal action. India already has laws to deal with hate speech, and even the Supreme Court has said that the real problem is weak enforcement, not the absence of law. When the line between free speech and crime becomes unclear, people begin to self censor out of fear rather than responsibility!
