Danveer Jatav, associated with Bhim Army, was accused of entering a temple during Ram Navami, allegedly vandalising Maa Durga’s idol, abusing Brahmins and threatening villagers by invoking the SC/ST Act. Live misuse of the SC-ST act caught on camera. See how a DaIit govt employee is asking an Advocate to frame his senior under a false case of the atrocity act. It happened while I was travelling with my advocate friend. Suddenly someone called and asked about filing a false case. He said his senior, from the OBC community, is not granting him more holidays and he wants to send him to jail in a false SC-ST act. He kept insisting that how a grievous case be framed against his senior. This is very alarming how people are using this act to take revenge on seniors in the workplace.

Even judges are saying that the SC ST Act is too stringent for 80% of the citizens of India. For the same crime, you get 10 years in jail, but with the SC ST Act, a person will get 'Jail until death'. This is why SC ST act is very distructive.

This is Vishnu Tiwari, a poor Brahmin He spent 20 years in a jail under a fake SC/ST atrocities act. SC/St act was introduced in parliament in1987 by Rajiv gandhi govt. SC/ST act was enacted by parliament into law by VP singh & BJP govt in 1989. In 2015, Modi govt amended this act and made it ultra draconian , it's framework is similar to that of communal violence bill that Sonia gandhi had planned for hindus. On 20th March 2018, considering the draconian nature of the act, the Supreme Court stopped immediate arrest under this act. But Modi govt overruled Supreme Court judgement through an ordinance and made it super draconian. Since then so many OBC and GC hindus have been sent to jail under this new act Most cases are False. Lives and Families being destroyed under hisab chukta policies.

Dalit side was demanding 12 lakhs from the boy. Fed up of the case he took this step. Our generation is ending their lives in SC-ST act cases.
