Biden is now considering preemptive pardons, including one for Adam Schiff. That makes this clip one of the best ever. 🤣 December, 2020. Joy Reid and Adam Schiff discuss family member and preemptive pardons. 🤪

All the people who have done this country wrong are about to be pardoned.. absolutely a disgrace, and there has to be some accountability if he does this..

The Biden administration is making a mockery of the rule of law. First, Joe Biden secured an unprecedented blanket pardon for his criminal son, Hunter Biden, spanning a decade from 2014 to 2024. This historically unique pardon covers more than ten years of criminal conduct, including financial, drug, gun, sexual, and corruption crimes. Several of these offenses have already been proven in court, while others were on the brink of prosecution. In an even greater abuse of power, the Biden administration is reportedly considering blanket pardons for Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, Anthony Fauci, and others to shield them from accountability. They know these individuals have broken the law but aim to protect them. If this happens, it will set a precedent for massive abuse of presidential pardon power. Such actions would destroy the foundations of the American justice system. Every future administration could freely commit financial, political, or other crimes, knowing blanket pardons would shield them. High-ranking officials might even include preemptive pardon clauses in employment contracts, guaranteeing immunity for past and future crimes. Even more alarmingly, such pardons could be issued upon hiring, allowing complete impunity. This is the grim future of the U.S. justice system if Biden and Harris continue weaponizing the pardon power for personal and political gain. It’s no surprise such discussions might include pardons for Biden and Harris themselves, shielding them from their own alleged crimes. This would mark the end of the rule of law, dividing the nation into two groups: one side persecuted by weaponized justice systems, and the other, free to act criminally with impunity. Such a future would spell the collapse of justice as we know it. This cannot be allowed to happen. Republican attorneys general, GOP lawyers, and Trump’s legal experts must prepare emergency filings to the Supreme Court immediately if the Biden White House dares issue such sweeping pardons. It’s hard to believe the Supreme Court would uphold such actions, as they would undermine the rule of law and grant impunity to criminals in this and all future administrations.

Funny how the script has flipped for Hunter and Joe is considered a noble father for protecting his child. Hate this hypocrisy garbage from the media.

Ah, the endless echo chamber of uncredible people citing uncredible people citing uncredible people—it’s like a human centipede of bad sources.

Looks like he might need to add Pelosi to the list.

That's a zinger....here I typed it out. "The Presidential Pardon was originally meant to grant the president the power to temper justice with mercy. It was not enshrined in our constitution so that a dishonorable man could reward his criminal allies, friends and family for their corrupt practices." Joy Reid
