Biden’s hit squad is going after Elon Musk. 🚨 “They’ve now weaponized multiple federal agencies to go after Elon on these cases that seem transparently trumped up.” 1️⃣ A glass house 2️⃣ Not hiring enough refugees to national security roles 3️⃣ Canceling an $885M contract with Starlink — which...

Let’s not forget the White House giving Tesla the cold shoulder, excluding us from the EV summit and crediting GM with “leading the electric car revolution” in the same quarter that they delivered 26 electric cars (not a typo) and Tesla delivered 300 thousand.

@elonmusk The White House hates free speech. Elon Musk promotes free speech on 𝕏. Thus, the White House hates Elon Musk.

@elonmusk when the president behaves in this manner, it sets a bad example for other people to follow, I had this conversation with Grok. this is the "evil billionaire" playbook.

@elonmusk Big tech Billionaires/ppl with influence and “FU $,” starting to see the error of their ways, and talk about it openly… ?🧐😉 That’s a pretty positive thing for the future, imo. ⬇️

@elonmusk Financially bad news for Elon, which is why I finally subscribed. I value how he has changed the narrative to asking tough questions about current leadership and their self-serving bureaucratic handlers.

The US Government's $50B Boondoggle: Classic Waste, or Part of a Political Retaliation Against Elon Musk? Recently, two programs that were part of Biden's $1.2T infrastructure bill have been in the news. 1) ~$42.5B designated for providing high-speed internet to rural areas 2) ~$7.5B earmarked to build 1000 EV charging stations over 10 years The bill was passed over 1000 days ago. Here's the progress so far: 1) ZERO people have been connected (via Brendan Carr) 2) EIGHT charging stations had been built as of May (via Autoweek) Separately, last year Starlink had an ~$885M award canceled by the FCC, which would have provided ~640K rural homes with high-speed internet. Instead of providing Starlink terminals, the government is opting to lay fiber lines, which could cost ~10x as much per household and take much longer to install. (via Brendan Carr) What's worse is the private sector has already solved these problems: -- United Airlines just signed a contract to retrofit 1000+ planes with Starlink -- In H2 of last year, 1000+ EV charging stations were built by private industry (via Bloomberg) Here's what the besties think: David Sacks: "There's a couple things going on here. So, one is typical government waste, fraud, and abuse." "But it's worse than that. You also have naked political retaliation going on here." Chamath Palihapitiya: "That's the answer." David Sacks: "It's pure naked retaliation. The Biden-Harris administration doesn't want to admit that Elon has the best solution for rural internet, just like they couldn't admit he made the best electric cars." @jason: "One hundred percent." David Sacks: "Remember when they did that EV summit and they didn't invite him?" "That was just nakedly political because he's not on their team."

.The All-In Podcast discusses VP Kamala Harris's $42 billion broadband plan, which failed to connect a SINGLE person, home, or business to the internet in three years. President Biden put her in charge of the initiative, but after going after Elon Musk, they scrapped a $1,300-per-location deal with Starlink. Now, they're wasting over $100K per location on inefficient government programs. David Sacks: "It's government waste, fraud, and abuse, where they've allocated $42 billion for rural internet, haven't hooked anyone up, and we could spend a fraction of that giving people Starlink... It's pure naked political retaliation. The Biden-Harris admin doesn't want to admit that Elon has the best solution for rural internet, just like they couldn't admit he makes the best electric cars. Remember when they did that EV summit, and they didn't even invite him?" Chamath Palihapitiya: "Do we want to live in the kind of administrative state where they will pick people that they dislike based on total random criteria—a tweet, a meme, a post—and all of a sudden punish the rest of us because of that? They are punishing all of America because they collect our taxes to waste on it, and then they punish the people they say they will uplift by not delivering what they promise." David Sacks: "The objective of the party is to punish its political opponents, to engage in retaliation, and to basically loot the public coffers as much as possible on behalf of their donors. It's completely dysfunctional, and no one really cares because the media doesn't shine a light on it because they are completely tribalized."

🚨BREAKING: SEC SUES ELON IN TWITTER STOCK PURCHASE CASE Another witch-hunt has started. The SEC, which has been investigating Elon’s 2022 purchase of Twitter shares, is now suing to force him to testify and comply with their subpoena. This is yet another attack on Elon by the ‘alphabet organizations’. Here are a few of the others: 1. TESLA: The DOJ and the SEC claimed Musk used millions of dollars from Tesla to secretly build himself a ‘spacious glass structure’ labeled as 'House for CEO Elon Musk.' (Not making this up) Elon replied: “This is one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard. Where is this house!? Metaphors don’t count!” 2. X/TWITTER: X got in trouble with the Biden Administration after refusing to hand over Trump’s personal Twitter data and information to prosecutors. The information included: - Trump’s use of the account, - Whether others had access to it - Whether he might have written draft tweets that he left unposted. Twitter initially resisted complying with the search warrant, arguing that the order violated Trump’s constitutional right to free speech. This resulted in a federal judge holding the company in contempt and fining it $350,000. 3. SPACE X: The DOJ sued SpaceX for discriminating against refugees in the company’s hiring process. They claim the company discourages refugees from applying for positions, giving their applications unfair consideration and refusing to hire them even if they were deemed qualified applicants. Yep, SpaceX was attacked by the DOJ for not hiring enough Americans. What’s ironic is that the DOJ is rarely allowed to hire non-Americans. Why did all these attacks begin after Elon Musk acquired X and began his fight for Freedom of Speech?
