HOLY SHIT!🚨🚨🚨 Ripple is low-key flipping the switch for $XRP even before the CLARITY Act passes. Ripple is not simply adding two fintech investments. I believe it is assembling the components required for an INSTITUTIONAL INTERNET OF VALUE 👉ZILO establishes who legally owns the assets. 👉Ripple Custody secures them. 👉XRPL issues and settles them. 👉RLUSD provides regulated digital cash. 👉Licuido allows them to trade, generate financing and move as collateral. 👉XRP connects currencies and asset markets that would otherwise remain separated. The real opportunity is much bigger than placing one fund onchain. Imagine sovereign bonds, money-market funds, bank deposits, stablecoins and private credit operating in the same digital environment, with repo and collateral markets available around the clock. The most bullish outcome by 2030 will be a major government, central bank, global custodian or central securities depository approving XRPL-based sovereign debt or money-market funds as eligible collateral inside institutional liquidity systems. That would transform XRPL from a network that tokenizes assets into part of the collateral foundation of global finance. 👉Banks would need settlement access. 👉Custodians would need XRPL infrastructure. 👉Market makers would need XRP liquidity. Corporations would hold tokenized funds as treasury assets. Stablecoins and tokenized bank money would need a common route between markets. That is where XRP will become much more than a cross-border payment asset. It will sit between dollars and tokenized funds, national currencies, sovereign bonds, bank deposits, stablecoins, collateral pools and institutional trading venues. My bullish thesis is simple: 📈ZILO brings ownership. 📈Licuido brings trading and collateral. 📈RLUSD brings digital cash. 📈Ripple brings custody and distribution. 📈XRPL brings issuance and atomic settlement. 📈XRP joins the entire system through liquidity. The biggest outcome is not higher transaction counts. It is banks, funds, custodians and market makers holding XRP because it becomes operationally necessary inside a tokenized financial economy. How many people will understand what $XRP is being positioned for only after these assets start moving at scale?

What is hydroponic marijuana, and why are seizures rising at Hyderabad airport? The seizure of 10 kg of hydroponic marijuana worth ₹3.5 crore at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Thursday is part of a growing pattern that enforcement agencies are increasingly tracking across Indian airports, particularly on routes linked to Bangkok and other Southeast Asian hubs. Unlike conventional cannabis grown in soil, hydroponic marijuana, often called “hydro weed” , is cultivated indoors using water-based nutrient solutions under controlled conditions such as artificial lighting, regulated humidity, temperature and nutrient flow. The method allows growers to control the plant cycle with precision and often produce higher-grade cannabis with elevated tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) levels, the psychoactive component responsible for the “high.” Officials say this premium-grade marijuana has become popular in urban party circuits because of its potency and appearance. Hydroponic marijuana can contain THC levels of 30% to 40%, compared to about 3% to 4% in conventional cannabis. However, scientific literature shows potency can vary depending on strain, cultivation conditions and processing methods. Bangkok route under scanner A common thread in recent seizures across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Nagpur, Lucknow and Trichy airports has been passengers arriving from Bangkok or other Southeast Asian transit points carrying hydroponic cannabis concealed in check-in baggage. At Hyderabad’s RGIA itself, customs and DRI officials have reported multiple high-value seizures in recent months. In February this year, over 27 kg of hydroponic ganja worth ₹9.5 crore was seized from passengers arriving from Bangkok, with investigators suspecting organised international trafficking links. Investigators believe traffickers prefer hydroponic marijuana because it fetches far higher prices in the illegal market while smaller quantities generate substantial profits. The drug is typically vacuum-packed or concealed inside false compartments, decorative items, food containers or layers of clothing to evade detection. Why Hyderabad is seeing more cases Officials tracking narcotics trafficking say Hyderabad has emerged as a significant destination and transit point because of rising demand for high-grade synthetic and imported narcotics among affluent urban consumers and party networks. International connectivity through RGIA and frequent passenger movement on Southeast Asian routes have also drawn the attention of smuggling syndicates. Recent interceptions suggest that smugglers are increasingly using individual passengers as “mules,” carrying relatively smaller but high-value consignments concealed in check-in baggage. Enforcement agencies have consequently stepped up profiling, APIS-based passenger analysis and baggage surveillance on flights arriving from Thailand and neighbouring countries. Customs officials said the latest case is under further investigation, with focus on concealment methods and the intended distribution network. #Hyderabad #SayNoToDrugs #RGIA #Customs

101-YEAR-OLD GREAT-GRANDMOTHER ARRESTED AS NDLEA INTERCEPTS COCAINE IN FUFU Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested a 101-year-old woman for alleged drug dealing, intercepted cocaine concealed in edible cassava flour popularly known as fufu, and seized consignments of illicit drugs worth over N4.4 billion in separate operations across the country. The centenarian, identified as Esther Ogunmabo, was arrested on August 15, 2026, at Ilisan, Ogun State, with 90 grammes of skunk, a strain of cannabis, which she reportedly admitted selling in retail quantities. She told operatives that she turned to drug dealing after her provisions shop was destroyed by fire, adding that one of her daughters based in Lagos supplied her with cannabis every four days. NDLEA Chairman, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd), directed that she be granted bail and placed on counselling due to her advanced age, while her daughter was arrested. In Akwa Ibom, NDLEA operatives on August 21 intercepted a wooden boat conveying illicit drugs towards fishing settlements in Cameroon and arrested three suspects with 42.622kg of narcotics. The seizure included 42.06kg of skunk, 1.12kg of skunk, and 20 grammes of cocaine cleverly concealed inside a large wrap of edible cassava fufu, alongside 435 grammes of skunk. The Agency also recorded what it described as its first seizure of illicit drugs shipped from Thailand through the maritime corridor after intercepting two containers of cannabis indica, popularly known as Loud, at the Apapa and Lekki ports in Lagos. The Apapa container, declared to contain dry fish, rice, vehicle spare parts, turmeric soap and inverter batteries, contained 1,090.5kg of Thai Loud, while the Lekki container yielded 400kg. The combined street value of the consignments was put at over N4.4 billion. In the FCT, operatives intercepted three waybill packages containing 24,410 tramadol capsules inside a Hummer bus travelling from Enugu to Zuba on August 22. A follow-up operation in Niger State led to the arrest of the alleged owner, 28-year-old Sunday Eze, in Kontagora. In Ondo State, NDLEA operatives destroyed 10,000kg of skunk cultivated across four hectares at Ijare forest, Ifedore LGA, and separately recovered 210kg of skunk and a Toyota Camry at Ita-Ogbolu. Other operations led to the seizure of 1.325kg of methamphetamine and cannabis in Kwara; 4.68kg of assorted illicit drugs from a 65-year-old woman in Oyo; 73.3kg of skunk in Kano; 48kg of skunk from three family members near Seme in Lagos; and 14.4kg of Loud, 2.3kg of Colorado, tramadol and Rohypnol in Abia. The NDLEA also sustained its War Against Drug Abuse (WADA) sensitisation campaigns across schools, worship centres, workplaces and communities in several states. Marwa commended officers and men of the affected commands for the successful operations and urged them to sustain the Agency’s balanced approach to drug control through enforcement, prevention and public education.

🚨 WARNING: TERROR NETWORK IN PLAIN SIGHT 🚨 A Pakistan-based movement identified by international reports and watchdogs for enforcing blasphemy laws abroad is now operating mosques, indoctrination hubs, and tax-exempt funding pipelines across America — under the protection of the U.S. nonprofit system. Dawat-e-Islami presents itself as a “charity,” but has been accused by governments and security analysts of functioning as a global blasphemy-enforcement network. According to multiple reports, Dawat-e-Islami founder Ilyas Qadri has stated: “A blasphemer must be killed… if a lover of the Prophet kills a blasphemer extra-judicially, the killer is not executed.” This ideology has reportedly inspired violent attackers abroad - including the murderer of Pakistan’s Governor Salman Taseer and the Charlie Hebdo-related assailant in France. Now, Dawat-e-Islami claims 18 centers across U.S. cities, replicating the same movement that has fueled sectarian and ideological violence overseas. 📍 Operating as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3). 📍 Functioning freely under “religious” cover. 📍 Promoting teachings condemned by critics as extremist and antisemitic. This isn’t about religion - it’s about an ideology of enforcement and control masquerading as faith, and it’s happening with government-granted protections. 👉 Pay attention, Texas: This is the same network I exposed marching through Houston’s streets for Muhammad’s birthday this past September — and it’s now operating under IRS protection. Where are your officials? Who’s protecting you? Who approved this — and since when are we normalizing public celebrations of a foreign, dangerous prophet under the banner of “diversity”? 🔗 Read the full RAIR Foundation USA investigation:

let’s start where this actually lives, not where you want it to live. with the math. the last three weeks of dynamite: 👉 765k 👉 730k 👉 654k that is not a ramp. that is not momentum. that is not “heating up” into a conversion window. that is a decline into it. you are looking at a -111k drop in two weeks, roughly 14–15% contraction from the high to the low, at the exact point where a traditional ppv cycle should be stabilizing or expanding. instead, you have compression. average those three weeks and you land at roughly ~716k linear viewers. that is your real, observable, measurable audience. not hypothetical reach not cumulative impressions not social engagement proxies actual people sitting down and watching the show in the time slot that matters for conversion. i’ve already laid out in detail what the max numbers actually represent and how simulcast behavior works, so i’m not going to re-litigate all of that here. but it matters enough to say again clearly: max is not a second audience at scale. it is a distribution extension that splits the same audience. it does not double your reach. it does not materially expand your funnel. it shifts a portion of existing behavior from one pipe to another. the short version is already established: 👉 max is not additive at scale 👉 max is a split of the same audience 👉 max realistically contributes ~50k–150k, ~75k center so your total reachable audience on a good night is: 👉 ~790k–800k all-in that’s the funnel. that’s the ceiling. that’s the number you are working from. that’s the universe that can possibly convert into a paid transaction. not hypothetical not inflated not “what if” that is the real audience number. now take the number dave is floating: 👉 ~143k ppv buys run the only equation that matters: 👉 143k ÷ 800k = ~17.9% conversion stop there for a second Dave Meltzer is unironically asserting that nearly 1 out of every 5 viewers is converting into a $40–$50 transaction in 2026 in a market with: – no centralized ppv infrastructure – subscription-first behavior – widespread piracy – fragmented pricing (domestic, max discount, vpn international) – a declining weekly audience trend that is the claim. not “strong performance.” not “better than expected.” not “up year over year.” the claim is nearly 1 in 5 viewers converting into a $40–$50 transaction in 2026. this is where the conversation should end, because that number does not exist anywhere in modern media behavior. it doesn’t exist in boxing. it doesn’t exist in ufc. it doesn’t exist in any scaled transactional model operating in the current environment. and more importantly, it didn’t exist consistently even when the infrastructure supporting it was intact. again, this is the part people either don’t understand or choose to ignore: ppv is not just a pricing model. it is an infrastructure model. and that infrastructure is gone. for decades, the backbone of ppv was inDemand. that system wasn’t just pushing content out to cable homes. it was aggregating buys, standardizing reporting, and creating a reconciliation layer that allowed promoters, distributors, and networks to operate off the same dataset. if you were serious about this business, you could triangulate numbers. you could get within a narrow band of reality because the pipes were real and the accounting was shared. that system shut down in 2025. 👉 143k ppv buys is not an aggressive take 👉 it is not an optimistic take 👉 it is a structurally impossible take because we know what real conversion looks like. we do not need to guess. it has been modeled across combat sports, boxing, ufc, and multiple transactional platforms. the ranges are stable: 👉 1–3% → normal 👉 3–5% → strong 👉 5%+ → elite and rare, reserved for events with massive cultural heat and crossover appeal those ranges were established when the infrastructure was intact, pricing was more controlled, piracy was less frictionless, and distribution was more centralized. today, every one of those conditions is worse. pricing is fragmented. you have $49.99 standard, $39.99 through max, international pricing accessible through vpn, and a piracy environment where high-quality streams are available instantly. that is a high-friction, high-leakage system. so conversion should compress, not expand. now apply real-world conversion to your real audience: 👉 800k × 2% = 16k buys 👉 800k × 3% = 24k buys 👉 800k × 5% = 40k buys that’s your range. 👉 ~15k–35k realistic 👉 ~20k–30k as the most defensible center 👉 ~40k reasonable given the strength of the headliners now invert the math, because this is where the claim completely collapses. if you want to justify 143k buys at even a healthy 3% conversion rate, you need roughly 4.7 million engaged viewers. so the question becomes extremely simple: where are the other four million people? 👉they are not on linear television. 👉they are not on max. 👉they are not showing up in any digital engagement metrics that correlate with that level of demand. 👉they are not visible anywhere in the ecosystem that would need to exist to support that level of conversion. 👉👉👉👉👉 they do not exist. and this is before you even account for the trend line moving the wrong way. you are not converting off a growing base. you are converting off a shrinking one. you are not building urgency. you are losing reach. that matters, because conversion does not happen in a vacuum. it happens on top of momentum, visibility, and audience expansion. when those inputs are declining, conversion does not spike to historic highs. it compresses further. the biggest fights in the world are no longer relying on ppv as their primary distribution model. they are moving to platforms that guarantee reach and revenue up front. the most recent example should end this conversation for anyone actually paying attention: netflix just locked tyson fury vs anthony joshua for a major global fight this august. that is one of the biggest possible matchups in boxing. in any previous era, that is a premium ppv event with massive buy expectations, heavy marketing, and a full transactional rollout. instead, it is going to a subscription platform. why? because the economics are better. the reach is global. the friction is lower. the platform values engagement at scale over one-off purchases. that is where the industry is. so when you are being asked to believe that a weekly wrestling property with a ~700k linear audience, declining into its ppv window, is somehow generating six-figure transactional buys inside a subscription platform in 2026, you are not just being asked to accept a number. dave is asking you to ignore the direction of the entire market. and that’s before you even bring in platform behavior. max is not a live sports-first platform. it does not behave like one. when max has something it cares about, it promotes it aggressively. homepage rails. push notifications. press releases. talent integration. cross-platform amplification. you do not see that here. and that absence is not accidental. platforms surface what they want you to see. they amplify what drives engagement and revenue. if ppv at scale were happening inside that ecosystem, it would be visible. it would be part of the narrative. it would be monetized loudly. it isn’t. and that’s before you even factor in the other variables i’ve broken down in detail before: 👉 i’ve already debunked why the max numbers people are throwing around don’t make sense 👉 i’ve already explained what the linear number actually represents and what it doesn’t 👉 i’ve already mapped the media rights landscape in 2026, including how these properties are being evaluated ahead of the paramount–wbd merger the wsj reports could close as early as july so when you’re being told by dave that a property with a ~700k weekly audience trending downward into a ppv window is generating six-figure transactional buys at premium pricing inside a subscription platform in 2026, you’re not being given data. you’re being given a number that does not reconcile with anything else in the system. that’s math. stop it - 45

TOPIC #118: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO GCV AMBASSADORS AND SPECIAL ENVOYS Conclusion of the Pioneer’s Handbook ( updater version) 2025 marks an extraordinary and historic moment in our shared journey for Pi Network and Global GCV Movement. They finally "married " together. From this moment forward, we officially enter a new chapter that I proudly name: The GCV Economy Era With this milestone, the Pioneer’s Handbook reaches its conclusion. This is my 118th article. In Chinese culture, 118 symbolizes prosperity and good fortune—a perfect symbol for closing one historic chapter and opening another. These final words are dedicated to all pioneers, merchants, ambassadors, envoys, and warriors whose unity, discipline, and perseverance made the GCV dream a reality. --- 1. The Origin of GCV — A Seed Planted in China The GCV Movement began in China, nurtured by pioneers with vision, courage, and deep study. In February 2022, Mr. Rong Zhang Bao launched the Pi Network International Seminar, calling pioneers to study Pi deeply, understand its mission, and define its economic value. After months of collective research and surveys, Chinese pioneers established the foundational consensus value: $314,159. In May 2022, Mr. Bao Rong Zhang and I, together with Nigerian pioneer Mr. Woody, launched three international Twitter Space conferences. Mr. Woody's influence helped introduce GCV to tens of thousands of pioneers worldwide, marking the true beginning of GCV's international journey. I would like to acknowledge Mr. Rong Zhang Bao, former community leader in China, as the founder of GCV, Mr. Woody Lightyear, former community leader in Nigeria, as a key supporter of GCV at early stage Their contributions during the early stages of GCV in 2022 were essential. The early path, however, was not easy. GCV faced misunderstandings, attacks, misinformation, and division. My speeches were removed from groups. Leaders became confused or misled. Some pioneers, lacking education, turned toward black markets. At that point, I made a deliberate decision: I stepped back from global expansion and devoted one full year exclusively to the China community. During that year, Chinese merchants contributed nearly USD 10 million worth of products through GCV barter. However, because pioneers had no Pi available in their wallets, many transactions relied on contracts without Pi or fiat settlement. This created no usable GCV data, and eventually many merchants—unable to sustain operations—left the movement. From this experience, one truth became clear: > Sustainability is essential. Passion alone is not enough. We must be rational, prepared, and educated. To succeed, we must: Use partial Pi + partial fiat Build education before expansion Protect merchants as carefully as pioneers If pioneers only demand from merchants, the economy cannot survive. If merchants collapse, GCV collapses. This realization is why I began writing the Pioneer’s Handbook—to align pioneers and merchants under one sustainable economic vision. --- 2. Expanding Beyond Borders — The Global Rise of GCV By 2023, it became clear that China alone could not generate sufficient global GCV data. GCV had to rise worldwide. One by one, visionary leaders emerged: Ms. Lumari Ms. Nonny Mr. JoJo Mr. M. Rad Mr. Olivier Mr. Iyanda Mr. Patrick Mr. Jason …and many others. Strong movements followed across the Philippines, Indonesia, Africa, the Arab Region, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, and throughout Africa and the Middle East. Many pioneers who doubted GCV did so not out of malice—but from lack of study or misunderstanding of economic authority. Let it be clear: PCT manages technology Pioneers manage the economy GCV is our responsibility and our consensus authority Those who studied deeply developed 100% trust and confidence. --- 3. Deep Gratitude to the International GCV Leadership Although it is impossible to name everyone, the following leaders played defining roles in shaping global GCV success. International GCV Leadership • Ms. Lumari Industry Alliance Chair (Global), Global GCV CT Executive Director, Committee Chair, Global GCV Ambassador, Head of Philippines GCV Ambassadors The heart and engine of global operations.
