The money which government pays as salary is good enough to lead a comfort life but the greed for money made to get corrupted. I’m sure even all these wealth also wouldn’t make happy and would still wanted to earn more and more and that more has no end. That’s how greed makes us.

The ACB booked Sankireddy Bheem Reddy, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Police Computer Services (PCS), Hyderabad, under Sections 13(1)(b) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, as amended in 2018, alleging that he acquired assets disproportionate to his known sources of income by indulging in corrupt practices and dubious means during his service. Searches were carried out at his residence and 15 other premises linked to his relatives, friends, alleged benamidars and associates. Among the assets traced were a villa at Vessella Meadows in Ibrahimbagh, a G+2 house with a penthouse and another flat in Telecom Nagar, a flat at Kranti Ceon Apartments in Gachibowli, two flats in Tellapur, a share in a G+5 commercial complex on Lancohills Road in Manikonda, a 3,000 sq ft commercial space near Manikonda Marrichettu Junction and several open plots in Nagole, Patancheru, Pragathi Resorts and Mominpet. The officials will also open his bank lockers soon. So far officials found land documents for 3 acres in Nizamabad. Three flats in gated communities in Hyderabad and six open plots in the city outskirts. Rough estimates put his entire wealth to more than Rs 100 crore. When was the last time you had a ₹ lakh cash lying at home that wasn’t brought in for emergencies or for any household requirements?? HMWSSB - the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board is supposed to be for water supply & sewerage maintenance. Basically people like Kumar will decide who gets a water connection and for how much, they will also decide on water tanker’s distribution and maintain Sewerage Treatment Plants.

SpaceX was just rumored to be worth $800B But retail investors are still locked out Unless you buy $SATS It's the next retail favorite: a SpaceX treasury play trading at a HUGE discount to NAV. Shoutout @transhumanica for being the first to call this 🧵🚀 You know Echostar ($SATS) as the OG telecom behind Dish Network. It was on death's doorstep but 3 blockbuster Spectrum deals changed everything. 1. $17B deal with SpaceX (half stock/half cash) 2. $23B spectrum sale to AT&T 3. Another $2.6B deal with SpaceX (all stock) These deals turned $SATS into a SpaceX proxy. It got $11.1B in SpaceX stock at a $400B valuation. If the $800B is true. $SATS is now sitting on $22.2B of SpaceX stock and tens of billions in cash and other assets. But its market cap was only $23B after the market close Friday (even after +10% pop) So what is $SATS actually worth? Well even if these rumors are false the math is: ~$11.1B in SpaceX ~$17B in projected net cash ~$6.4B in other spectrum assets ~$3B Boost mobile So ~$37.5B NAV. SATS popped 10% Friday because of the rumor and only closed at a $23B. Let's compute NAV with SpaceX worth $800B. ~$22.2B in SpaceX ~$17B in projected net cash ~$6.4B in other spectrum assets ~$3B Boost mobile So ~$48.6B NAV Echostar is trading at ~100% discount to its balance sheet if this valuation rumor is true. What's crazy is that $SATS should be trading at a PREMIUM to net asset value. The closest publicly traded SpaceX proxy is DXYZ. It's a closed-end fund with about 50% of its assets in SpaceX. It trades at a whopping 270% premium. $3 for every $1 of SpaceX... Now you may be wondering why I’m projecting $SATS to have $17B in cash despite currently having $27B of debt, and the SpaceX and AT&T deals only offering around $30B cash. This is probably the biggest thing that investors don’t currently understand. The Echostar holding company isn’t responsible for paying off the debt of some of its subsidiaries like Dish Network and Hughes Network Systems. These account for around $14B of that debt. Echostar only needs to pay off $11.4B of its debt because its tied to its spectrum assets as collateral. Hence $17B in cash. It's worth noting that the deals aren't done yet + SpaceX $800B is a rumor. But the government wants these deals done and SpaceX will be worth $2-3T by 2030. So how can you not get in and buy discounted SpaceX stock through $SATS. Another reason $SATS will explode? 95% of Echostar's float is held by institutions. That remaining 5% will get attacked by retail once its figured out. At the time I'm making this thread $SATS jumped 10% Sunday night pre-market. That's +20% in 72 hours. The market is waking up but it's still very confused. Big thanks to @transhumanica who published the original thesis on Echostar being a SpaceX proxy. You MUST follow him as he was behind the $KRKNF Anduril proxy TOO. He's got some of the best research in the game and a must follow on this platform if you want real alpha. If you want to stay up to date with $SATS, I'm going to cover it more here Michael Sikand Will also discuss on my stream tmrw with WOLF I highly recommend you just watch my YouTube video as it's far more comprehensive than this thread.

In one of the #Bengaluru's biggest heists, domestic staff allegedly decamped with gold, diamond and silver jewellery worth an estimated Rs 18 crore from a builder's residence at ASK Lake Garden on #Kempapura Main Road in #Yamaluru recently. The accused are a Nepalese couple identified as Dinesh (32) and his wife Kamala (25). According to the complaint filed by Shimanth S Arjun (28), a businessman, the theft occurred between 9 am and 12.30 pm on January 25. Arjun, son of MR Shivakumar, told #MarathahalliPolice that his family has been residing in the house for the past 19 years. His father Shivakumar, a builder, was out of town for work at the time of the incident. Dinesh and Kamala had joined as housekeepers about 20 days ago through acquaintances identified as Vikash and Maya Vishu. They were employed at the house along with cooks Siddharama and Ambika. On January 25, at around 9 am, the complainant, along with his wife and mother, left the house to attend his wife's land worship ceremony at H Cross on Hoskote-Chintamani Road. At around 12.38 pm the same day, Arjun received a call from the cook Ambika, who alerted him that cupboard locks had been broken and valuables stolen, allegedly by Dinesh and Kamala with the help of others. When the family rushed back, they found that a locker in the ground-floor bedroom had been broken open using an iron bar, with about 10 kg of gold and diamond ornaments stolen. Another locker in the first-floor bedroom was also found broken, from which around 1.5 kg of gold ornaments, about 5 kg of silver jewellery and Rs 11.5 lakh in cash were missing. In all, gold, diamond and silver ornaments and cash worth approximately Rs 18 crore were reported stolen. The complainant alleged that the couple had closely observed the movements of family members in advance. Police have registered a case under Section 306 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (theft by clerk or servant of property in possession of master). Efforts are on to nab the absconding couple. A senior police officer said the suspects had disconnected the power supply to disable CCTV cameras. The complainant further told police that the couple were replacements for regular domestic staff Vikash and Maya and had agreed to work for a monthly salary of Rs 27,000. Despite repeated requests, they did not submit identity proofs.

People like Tim Pool are now trying to use the fact that Jon Stewart sold his home for more than the assessed value to somehow claim that Trump did nothing wrong or Stewart broke the law. Here are 8 fraudulent things Trump & his company DID that Stewart DID NOT do!: - The Trump Org said Mar-a-lago should be valued between $1-1.5 Billion. - Incorrectly represented the size of his triplex apartment and overvaluing it significantly to banks. - Claimed control over certain assets, like the Vornado partnership interest, as "cash" when there was no such control. - Falsely represented the number of homes that could be built on a property in Aberdeen to be much higher than permitted. (ie. claiming permission to build 2035 private residences when only 500 were permitted) - The valuation of 40 Wall Street was falsely inflated, with projected net operating incomes far exceeding realistic figures, such as representing a $26.2 million net operating income that was never achieved. - Falsely stated that real estate asset valuations in the SFCs came from outside appraisals. - Lied about the existence of potential claims against the Trump Organization. - Obtained favorable loan terms and avoided setting aside cash reserves by providing personal guarantees based on these inflated financial statements. These guarantees required maintaining a net worth and liquidity based on the false financials, impacting loan agreements with financial institutions. Selling a home (at whatever a buyer values it at and is willing to pay) is not the same as lying to Banks about the value of your properties by fudging numbers and committing fraud.
