RTI = RIGHT TO DENY INFORMATION? ▪️The RTI is under attack like never before - if the Modi govt has its way the Right To Information may well become the Right To Deny Information. Because it’s likely that you may no longer get the information you seek from your govt. Read on 👉How is RTI under attack? • Amendment of Section 8(1)(j) of RTI under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023 makes RTI redundant and ineffective 👉What has Modi done to dilute RTI? • Govt has amended Section 8(1) (j) of the RTI Act that pertains to Personal Information. The changed rule says that no personal information can be given under RTI • This is nothing more than broad denial of information under the guise of privacy 👉Why Furore Over DPDP Act Now? • Modi Govt had passed Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) in 2023 when majority of opposition MPs were suspended • Govt had not notified rules so far and had put the changes for public consultation, the deadline for which ends today • If the govt undermines concerns from every sector quarter and notifies the rules then RTI becomes a toothless right with no good for people 👉Why is RTI important? • The Right to Information Act was revolutionary, it empowered citizens by giving them the right to seek answers & information • RTI also made governance transparent and govts more accountable - just how it should be in any democracy • RTI has time and again exposed massive corruption or lapses in policy execution • RTI has unravelled violation of rules and human rights • RTI made powerless citizens powerful 👉Did RTI really divulge personal information? • Absolutely NOT. In its original form, Section 8(1) (j) of the RTI Act 2005 clearly provided for withholding Personal Information which doesn’t pertain to a public activity or public interest or which amounts to invasion of privacy 👉So what kind of information can RTI now possibly deny? • Names and amount of billionaire wilful defaulters? • Wilful defaulters who have fled India? • How much loan has been waived off for the crony capitalists by banks? • How many work days have been given under MGNREGA? • How much grain has been distributed under PDS and to whom? • Whose names have been added or deleted from electoral rolls? • Income and assets of public representatives, bureaucrats and judges? • Beneficiaries of govt schemes? 👉Does Transparency compromise Privacy? • No. In a constitutional democracy like ours transparency and privacy are not mutually exclusive but they mutually coexist to ensure various fundamental rights 👉Citizens or Subjects? • The dilution of the RTI Act, 2005 under the DPDP Act, 2023 is a direct attack on both transparency and accountability which threatens the fundamental right to information. We are citizens of India who have a right to know and not subjects in a kingdom! : Supriya Shrinate ji

Ep. 21 | Free The Money | Why Self-Custody Matters! Inside Edge In this episode of Free the Money, I sit down with Paul V Puey, CEO and co-founder of Edge. Paul explains that Edge’s goal is to make self-custody far more user-friendly by removing the friction around seed phrases and making it easy to manage, swap, and use your crypto all in one place. He argues that the real competition is not other wallets, but centralized exchanges like Coinbase and Binance, and that better UX is what can finally pull users away from those platforms and into tools they actually control. Paul and I also get into Zano, which is how we originally connected. He explains that Zano is often dismissed as just a Monero fork, but members of the Zano team actually contributed original code to CryptoNote before Monero launched. What stood out to Paul was not just Zano’s privacy model, but the added utility of private tokens on Zano. He also explains why Bridgeless was such an important piece: it allows assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum to be bridged into Zano’s private blockchain. On Zano, not only are the sender, receiver, and amount hidden, but because multiple private assets can exist on the chain, you also may not know which asset is being sent at all. Paul sees that as an additional layer of obfuscation that makes Zano especially compelling as a privacy layer for other assets. Beyond asset privacy, we also talk about network-level privacy and Edge’s integration with Nym. Paul breaks down how metadata leaks happen, why hiding your IP address and network activity matters, and why privacy is not complete if only the asset is private while the network layer remains exposed. Must Watch! 👀💥Elections & National Security What Do The Declassified Documents Show? John Solomon explains below • Solomon says he initially received only a two-sentence intelligence assessment stating that China had obtained access to U.S. voter files. After reviewing additional declassified documents, he says he learned the scope was approximately 220 million voter records. • He contrasts that figure with the 2020 indictment of Iranian hackers involving roughly 100,000 voter records, arguing the scale is dramatically different. • Solomon also compares it to China’s alleged hack of the United Kingdom’s voter database (approximately 40 million records) and notes that U.S. officials publicly condemned that incident while, according to him, Americans were never informed about the alleged compromise of U.S. voter data. • He states that 220 million records would exceed the size of the 2017 Equifax breach, which affected approximately 148 million Americans. • Solomon addresses what he views as a contradiction in today’s public debate: some states have argued that providing voter roll data to the federal government is too risky from a privacy and security standpoint, while some media commentators argue China’s alleged access to voter data is insignificant because much of the information can be commercially purchased. • Solomon says commercially available voter databases contain only basic information. He claims the hacked databases allegedly contained additional identifiers that, according to the documents he reviewed, could be used for more extensive exploitation. • Solomon says the declassified documents outline several potential capabilities once complete voter records are obtained: Requesting ballots in another person’s name. Altering voter registration information, potentially forcing legitimate voters to cast provisional ballots. Moving a voter’s registration to another state without their knowledge. Combining voter data with other hacked information to conduct targeted influence operations. • Solomon also says the documents describe Chinese efforts to direct messaging through diplomatic consulates, use social media and journalists to amplify racial division, and gather compromising information on U.S. officials ahead of the election. Solomon’s conclusion: He argues these activities constitute election interference, regardless of whether ballots or vote totals were ultimately changed. It is my opinion that this is just the beginning. This was just to start the debate and discussion in the public forum. Elections and election data or a matter of national security. That is the important part to understand here. State Election data has been compromised by foreign adversaries. This brings the predicate for national emergency on election integrity and infrastructure.

/HEYAURA_INITIALIZING ████████████ 100% heyAura beta is now live! Welcome the first public version of the AI assistant that makes crypto easy. heyAura gives users a better way to work with their wallet. Even in this early version, it can analyze a portfolio, compare positions, surface yield opportunities, stress-test exposure, and prepare transactions for swaps, bridges, and trades. It is built to cut down the amount of research, interpretation, and manual execution that still slows down too much of the Web3 experience. heyAura is still a beta of a broader direction we have been building toward. More will follow around prompting, automation, deeper research, and the wider assistant experience. That progress matters only if control stays with the user. heyAura is built to support user-approved actions, not to make decisions on the user’s behalf. Early access to the beta starts through staking 300 $ADX and unlocks unlimited access to heyAura. We are opening this version gradually so the product can be shaped through real usage and direct feedback. heyAura is here today thanks to the right infrastructure and strong collaborations behind it. ambire.eth is the official wallet partner for heyAura's launch. This partnership brought our product closer to the wallet layer, where context, permissions, and user-approved actions actually matter. Billions Network supports the identity layer behind where the product is going, as heyAura moves toward agentic workflows, identity and trust. LI.FI brings routing for swaps and bridges into the execution flow. That gives heyAura a stronger way to support cross-chain actions and multi-step transaction paths. Barter strengthens the quote and routing layer behind transaction quality, allowing heyAura to compare routes more effectively. vaults.fyi powers the yield layer. One API gives heyAura live APY data and ready-to-sign transactions across 90+ protocols on 23+ chains, so Aura can execute yield opportunities without integrating each protocol itself. SKALE supports the chain layer behind faster and lower-friction interactions. That becomes more useful as heyAura grows more interactive. PayAI Network | x402 Facilitator is heyAura’s facilitator for payment verification and settlement. We also want to thank the numerous communities that have supported us up to this point. Your improved Web3 experience lies ahead. Stake $ADX and try heyAura now.

After 1,000+ trades, this is the only setup that consistently works in any market condition. It's called liquidity sweep reversal—and it's the highest probability trading strategy I know. Before I show you what it is, here are the two things most traders get wrong with it: 1) They enter too early and get stopped out on the second sweep. 2) They try to predict the LAST sweep with certainty This is a sure-fire way to burn your money. Here's what to do instead: Step 1: Identify market control Look at structure. Higher highs and higher lows? Buyers are in control. We're only trading from demand zones. Step 2: Mark your liquidity zones Find equal lows. When retail sees a "double bottom," they go long because textbooks tell them to. Their stop losses sit right below those lows. Available liquidity for institutions to sweep. Step 3: Wait for the sweep Price drops, sweeps those stops, liquidates retail traders, then creates a sharp V-shaped reaction. This sweep breaks structure. Zoom into 1-hour timeframe - price was making lower highs and lows. After the sweep? Higher highs and higher lows. That sweep zone becomes your institutional demand zone. Step 4: Enter on mitigation Wait for price to pull back to the liquidity zone. Enter there. Stop below the zone. Target 2-3R. Remember: You'll NEVER predict with 100% certainty when it's the LAST liquidity sweep. Sometimes price sweeps 2-3 times before the real move. But that's trading—we trade probabilities, not certainties. Also, keep in mind: If you can't spot the liquidity, you ARE the liquidity. — This is just a breakdown of one of the trading strategies we covered in our 2-hour long cryptocurrency trading course. I also discussed the trend pullback strategy, how to trade breakout retests without getting stopped out on fake moves, and why understanding liquidity is the only way to avoid becoming exit liquidity. Just comment "COURSE" and I'll DM it to you immediately so you can watch it.

🚨Look what I found on $HBAR that needs attention right now. 👇 The public RWA data shows $64.5M in tokenized real estate on Hedera. RedSwan’s own numbers? OVER $5 BILLION The gap between what trackers display and what's actually on the network is enormous. And almost nobody is talking about it. RedSwan CRE is a Houston-based commercial real estate tokenization platform. Hedera's official website confirms they've tokenized over $5 billion worth of institutional-grade properties on the network. With plans to reach $25 billion within 36 months. Their CEO Edward Nwokedi is a former executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest real estate firms in the world. 13,000+ investors active on the platform. Three funds spanning the U.S., Africa, and the Gulf states. In 2023 they secured a $4 billion portfolio from a Dubai-based client. 36 mixed-use properties across the Middle East. Appraised by Cushman & Wakefield. Tokenized on their Hedera-powered platform. So why doesn't this show on RWA dashboards? Because tokenized private securities don't trade on public markets. These are regulated security token offerings held by verified investors. The dashboards track publicly visible on-chain assets. Private placement real estate stays off those trackers while still living on the network. That means HBAR's real tokenization footprint is dramatically larger than any public dashboard suggests. RedSwan is also helping build Hedera's Asset Tokenization Studio for compliant securities issuance. The market prices what it can see. The institutions deploy what it can't. That gap is the opportunity. When the visible data says $64.5M and the verified reality says $5B+, the market is pricing $HBAR off incomplete information. Massive blind spots create massive opportunities.
