That “sheriff” is a huge reason I moved out of Mecklenburg county. Absolutely shameful someone like him is in charge with “enforcing” the law.

After getting elected he set up speed traps in Cornelius, and said "It's about privilege". 🤔Apparently, that was his priority?! This did not affect me directly, but he's been a problem since day one. Sadly, I moved out of Mecklenburg last year, and he was one of the reasons.
