#BiggBossTamil9 #BiggBoss9Tamil #VJParvathy #Kamrudin What Parvathy and Kamrudin spoke today has to be condemned severely. This is not just a Bigg Boss thing. This is the mindset of most of the savarnas. Avanga anga nalla than vaazharaanga ! You choose to be modern ! Straightening paniruka ! English literature padichirukka ! Aanalum, you wanted to still say you came here to represent Meenava Samoogam nu strong ah sollikara ! Indha community represent panna nee Thamizh literature thana padichirkanum ! This is the most dangerous toxic behaviour we have seen outside Bigg Boss and now these idiots brought this inside Bigg Boss house too. Neenga periya car vachirukeenga, nalla dress panreenga, nalla vetla irukkenga irunthalum reservation avail panrenga nu solradhu than idhu. Ithanaikum inga contestant selection la reservation kooda illa. Subiksha is a content creator, has enough subscribers and she came in a category just like these two. She is nowhere less compared to these two, just because these both have some cine field experience ivanga periya dash laamilla. Vijay Sethupathi should definitely condemn this and give warning to them with clear explanation of what shit they have spoken casually. ERICHA DASH AH IRUKKU PESINADHA NENAICHAALE . . . I don't think most PMs realize the PRD is becoming obsolete. For the last decade, the PM's core artifact was a qualitative spec. Clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria. The engineering team interpreted it, built something close, and the PM spent two weeks reconciling what shipped with what they wrote. The best AI companies replaced that entire loop with evals. A set of inputs your product needs to handle. A task that generates outputs. A scoring function that produces a number between 0 and 1. No ambiguity. No interpretation gap. Ankur Goyal built the eval platform behind Vercel, Replit, Ramp, Notion, and Airtable. An $800M company. He walked through building an eval from zero on this episode and the score went from 0 to 0.75 in under 20 minutes. That's a PM shipping a measurable quality bar before a single line of product code exists. Here's the part that changes the PM role permanently. When the product passes the eval and users still hate it, the eval is wrong. That's on the PM. Evals make PM judgment quantifiable in a way PRDs never did. You can't hide behind "the spec was ambiguous." There's a number now. Six months ago, PM interviews asked "how do you use AI in your workflow." The next wave of interviews is going to ask you to write an eval. The PMs who can encode user intent as a scoring function are building the one skill that survives every model change, every framework swap, every agent rewrite. Write the eval.

✨New demo: what if vibe coding felt more visual? Brian Lovin Mary Rose Cook and I did a game jam using Notion as our "IDE": launching Cursor agents from a task board, and making a custom image for each task 😎 The demo shows 3 ideas for the future of agents: 1) Agents should collaborate across apps. Each app has its focus--Notion AI is good at drafting specs and organizing tasks; Cursor is good at coding. So let them specialize! Today we're launching a new integration where Notion AI can kick off Cursor Cloud Agents to do coding tasks. The Cursor API accepts natural language prompts, so I think of this as "cross-app sub-agents" -- it's kinda cute how it resembles humans hiring outside contractors 😊 BTW: the parallelism of cloud agents is incredibly freeing for creativity, but it also creates a new problem: sooo much work to keep track of! Which brings us to the next idea... 2) Agent orchestration is a data visualization problem. A powerful frame for designing agent UIs is to think of the chat transcripts as the "raw data" and ask: what visual projections might help people make sense of this data at scale? We need to engage our human GPUs -- our visual processing -- to understand what the computer GPUs are doing for us! One thing we can do is use AI to populate traditional UIs like progress bars and status updates. But there are also new possibilities now... For example: when you have a lot going on, it can be hard to identify tasks just by text titles. So we tried generating an AI image for each task -- turns out this helps a lot by giving it a unique visual identity! And of course, it also just makes it super fun to build with friends 😃 Speaking of friends... 3) The future of coding is collaborative. Sometimes it feels like IC engineers are being reduced to middle managers: shuffling information between the team's context and the coding agents that they individually manage. The solution: bring all the people and agents into one shared space, with shared context and visibility! In the video you can get a glimpse of how this feels. Mary, Brian and I record ourselves chatting about ideas, and then we use AI to turn that conversation into a list of tasks on a shared board. As the ideas get built in parallel, we can all monitor progress and review the work together, nothing is siloed. My main takeaway from this game jam was: damn, creativity with friends, at the speed of conversation, is incredibly fun. --- Our goal here is to let anyone use Notion as a fun and creative "software factory" to build software together with your team. Give the Cursor integration a shot and let us know what you think! (AI Image gen in Notion isn't GA yet, but coming soon and already out to some users) And let me know if you'd want a template or more detailed instructions on the setup we showed in this demo...

really like how Sam Blond basically walked through monaco’s gtm + launch playbook for free if you’re launching soon or trying to fix gtm, this is one of the better deep dives to learn from 1/ go from zero to 100 (not 0 → 30 → 60) >they stayed in real stealth for ~a year (site said “coming soon,” linkedins said “company in stealth”) >then they stacked everything on one day: launch video, fundraise announcement, outbound waves, etc. >the goal was to go from “no one has heard of us” to “i’m seeing this everywhere” in a few days. 2/ favor a “big bang” over a slow, leaky launch >if you drip small announcements for months, people acclimate and tune out. you lose the “this came out of nowhere and is suddenly everywhere” effect. >a concentrated launch creates a step‑change in awareness and a steeper early growth curve. 3/ treat launch distribution as a real project >make a genuinely good product video that shows the product clearly. >build a simple distribution spreadsheet with 4 tabs: employees, investors, friends of the firm, customers. >coordinate outreach the day before and the day of launch across all 4 groups. >content matters, but distribution is equally important. 4/ design the distribution spreadsheet to extend your reach >ask every employee for “3–5 most influential people” in their network (by relationship or following). >add those names to your “friends of the firm” list. >give each group specific instructions and assets (copy, video link, timing) so you’re not relying on people to improvise. 5/ plan 2–3 simple stunts or campaigns ahead of launch >~45 days before launch, form a small launch committee (around 5 people). >weekend homework: each person brings 2–3 ideas that are creative but within budget. >whiteboard everything, then pick the 3–4 best ideas you can realistically execute. >bias toward ideas that feel a bit unusual but are operationally doable for your team. 6/ treat “launch” as a repeatable motion, not a one‑time event >each milestone is its own launch with distinct content and distribution: >beta → public → GA >fundraises: seed, A, B, etc. >every one of these is another chance to build momentum and rerun the playbook with a new angle and a slightly different audience. 7/ for budget‑constrained teams, favor creative over paid >assume billboards and big paid campaigns are off the table. >every month, force at least one creative idea, even if it’s small. >prefer things that are operationally hard but cheap over things that are easy but ad‑platform expensive. >a small in‑office comedy show or sending $100 poker sets to 100 ideal customers can beat tens of thousands in google/linkedin ads.

🚨HERASKEVYCH: “WE TRAINED 12 TIMES A WEEK. I FINISHED QUALIFYING IN FIRST PLACE WITH THE BEST RESULTS — BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THAT’S WHERE MY JOURNEY ENDED. THE CAS DECISION IS SHAMEFUL.” Vladyslav Heraskevych (Vladyslav Heraskevych OLY) was invited to the Munich Security Conference, where he briefly spoke with journalists and commented on the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decision to reject his appeal. HERASKEVYCH: Today we only had a court hearing this morning, and there's already a decision. We're already thinking about our next steps, because I believe the CAS decision is also shameful, but I'll comment in more detail a bit later. I need to familiarize myself with it in more detail. The hearing itself was, in my opinion, rather one-sided. I didn't hear anything we couldn't answer. Yet at the same time, there were no responses to any of our arguments. And it was very strange for me to see such a decision from CAS. The preparation took quite a long time, and for the athlete, for me, I was probably in the best form of my career. You could say I've been working toward this my entire career. If we're talking specifically about results, the training camps were excellent. I finished the qualifying training in first place with the best result. Unfortunately, that’s where my journey ended. Of course, along the way there were many sacrifices and many training sessions. On average we did 12 training sessions a week, and well, that's truly a massive amount, and they were exhausting. And unfortunately, all of this led to us not being able to compete due to the unlawful actions of the NOC. Q: If I may ask a question: how are you feeling right now? HERASKEVYCH: Right now I'm still in a state... I really haven't slept much these last 4 days, and we constantly have so many updates coming in. I honestly can't quite keep up with observing everything that's happening. I knew many athletes personally, and the idea came up a long time ago. We managed to execute it just shortly before the Olympics. It was painted by a wonderful artist from Kyiv, Iryna Prots. She painted all of this just like all Ukrainians are living - under shelling, in the cold, without electricity. But at the same time she did an incredible job to honor the memory of these wonderful athletes. Among them, we can talk about many. I'll probably start with Dmytro Sharpar, who was a member of the Olympic team at the 2016 Youth Olympic Games, that same team that I was on. We competed together with him at those Olympic Games and, unfortunately, like other people on this helmet, he was killed by Russia. Video by Ukrainian journalist Andriana Kucher. Last week we had the biggest one-day MRR gain in Every's history. It came from launching All Access—a 625-dollar-a-year membership that added about 9,000 dollars in MRR for Every 📧 in two days. On this week's AI&I, I handed the mic to our COO Brandon Gell, who sat down with three of Every 📧's own builders—growth engineer Yash Poojary, head of growth Austin Tedesco, and head of marketing Douglas Brundage—to talk about the tools they use most, how they build with them, and their tips for new builders on getting started. They also got into: - How Austin runs two agents at once. While steering Codex on one task, Austin—who calls himself "actually really bad" at video editing—has Claude running in a separate loop with Descript's MCP, building storyboards, writing scripts, and assembling cuts. By the time he sits down to review, it's gotten him 70% of the way to a finished video. - Why Yash treats new AI models like flavors he’s testing. He uses Cursor's cloud agents to run multiple models side by side and figure out which one he prefers, rather than switching to whatever's newest. "I'm so picky about my models that even if a new model drops, I don't change to that," he says, unless testing proves it's better. - Why Brandon thinks the real barrier to building isn't always skill, it's cost. He tells the story of a friend's younger brother, a trained engineer who can't land a job and can't afford to experiment with AI tools that cost other engineers $30K a month. That gap is the whole reason the Builder Pack exists. - Why the team feels safe automating their own jobs. Yash says everyone at Every is secure enough in their skills that automating the repetitive parts of their work doesn't feel threatening, it just clears space for the parts they're good at and enjoy doing. If you want to get started with building, or simply get more ideas on how to work with AI, this episode is for you. Watch on X or YouTube, or listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
