Not sure why everyone is surprised to see Telangana CM Revanth Reddy at BJP, TDP breakfast meeting! Have said this many times, and saying it again - Revanth Reddy is more BJP than Telangana BJP. He meets BJP too brass more than he meets the Congress high command. He rolls the red carpet to the two evil corporations, Rahul Gandhi attacks every single day. There will be a Vantara in Hyderabad soon. He won’t say a word against PM Modi, HM Shah or Ambani & Adani unless it is specifically and strictly instructed. Modi is his bhade bhai - he reiterates the same without hesitation. He is a hardcore politician whose loyalty lies with power and not with anything else. His agenda, and ideology is power & position. And he is aiming much, much, much higher than his place in the Congress party or even the in politics overall. Talent isn’t even the gameplay of course! In the overall game, Congress & Rahul Gandhi especially will be the biggest losers & the price is going to be very hefty!

The TVK Government's approach towards the Centre, and the future of Centre-State relations after TVK Vijay became Chief Minister, has become a talking point following today's NITI Aayog meeting. My reading is that TVK Vijay is currently adopting a strategic wait-and-watch approach towards the Union government. It may be confrontational on policy based issues, but is unlikely to directly attack the BJP politically or speak against the RSS in the manner the #DMK traditionally does. Its like "Okay, as long as Tamil Nadu is getting what it needs, I am happy. What is happening in Bengal or Jharkhand is not really my concern." The anti-BJP sentiment in #Tamilnadu has largely watered down, while the BJP itself remains politically limited in the state. TVK seems to understand this reality. For now, the party may maintain a balanced approach. However, as the 2029 elections draw closer, the tone could become sharper on policy matters. Given that the Congress is part of the alliance, there will also be expectations for CM TVK Vijay to take a more assertive stand against the BJP, though perhaps without making it a purely political confrontation. This isn’t a war zone! These scenes are from Thorrur Municipality where about 500 policemen have been deployed! Reason for such heavy deployment- there will be Chairman, Vice Chairman elections at 12:30 PM today. This is how most municipal elections are happening. From very active horse trading, to kidnap, to assault to using police force - all kinds of scenes are unfolding in Telangana! Congress joined hands with BJP 👏🏽 in more than a few places, they supported MIM at others while Kharge ji made comments on Owaisi at Parliament! Icing on the cake - MIM supported BJP in very sensitive places like Bhainsa🙏🏽! Bhainsa was in constant turmoil for the last few years because of manufactured Hindu-Muslim unrest. And today BJP & MIM support each other there! Funnily, Congress being in power for just two years, lost the narrative. But still went agressive on PR. Telangana CM Revanth Reddy inaugurates former CM of united Andhra Pradesh and founder of TDP NTR’s statue in the middle of the very busy Ameerpet junction! Cost of constructing the statue base & footpath around Rs 30 lakh. Statue inauguration ceremony Rs 10 lakh at least. Total expenditure of the statue Rs 59 lakh. When NTR was alive, he launched Telugu Desam Party as an answer to Congress. He spoke about how the pride of Telugus pandered at the feet of “Delhi High Command”. Back in the day when TDP was launched - villages were divided, family feuds started, friends became enemies for life. It was TDP Vs Congress for the longest time. May be NTR himself never predicted this day would come. But again! Revanth is more TDP than many TDP leaders themselves. And he will joyously do anything that will get him closer to BJP-TDP. But why are Telangana tax payers paying for this incredulously useless jamboree?? Like do we need any more statues? How is YET ANOTHER NTR statue going to make lives of an average Telangana taxpayer? Is there no way this money could have been put to better use? Like schools, hospitals, water, more trees? Also! Is Congress really watching the mockery that keeps in the name of governance in Telangana?

Despite all the serious mistakes, the bitter truth is DMK will most likely get re-elected! In Tamil Nadu, only alliances and not anti-incumbencies determine election outcomes. Let me give some examples! The greatest CM Tamil Nadu had, Kamaraj was defeated because of a strong opposition alliance. Had Moopanar gone alone in 1996, the then hugely unpopular ADMK government would have retained power. Had Vijayakanth gone alone in 2011, the then hugely unpopular DMK government would have retained power. DMK's latest achievement is the TASMAC scam to the tune of 1000 crores. I feel this is an underestimate. I am sure the actual number will be several 10s of 1000s. But will this cut ice with voters? Most likely not. Anti-incumbency plays a role, but that role has never been good enough to unseat a government without a strong opposition alliance. There should be an opposition alliance that people can channelize their anger towards and catapult it to power. Unfortunately, such an alliance doesn’t exist in Tamil Nadu today. Tamil Nadu Elections - If the present arithmetic continues till 2026! DMK+ will win 190 – 200 seats ADMK+ will win 25 – 30 seats NDA will win 0 – 5 seats TVK will win 0 – 1 seat(s) NTK will win 0 seats None of the opposition parties can defeat DMK+, alone! Only a united opposition can defeat DMK! JVC Sreeram (Bulls Eye) Sir will not agree any more than that! We have just over a year left and there has not been a strong opposition alliance and on the other hand, the DMK alliance is sitting pretty! Unless the opposition leaders kill their egos and come together, DMK will most likely get re-elected!
