While Alpha Gal is definitely annoying when you suddenly can get seriously sick from eating red meat, but believe me, for most people who suffer from Chronic Lyme Disease or one of the other 10 coinfections, not being able to eat red meat would be the least of their concerns. However the root of this new problem traced back to Bill Gates is the real scandal. This is not true. Alpha gal does not mean a lifelong allergy to meat. Even those with alpha gal don’t always react to red meat and of those that do react to red meat it is not always a life long condition. Many lose the sensitivity to red meat over time.
