Bill Maher: “Does that include [taking on the] teachers’ unions? Because the Democrats’ biggest constituency. You just went on a rant about how bad the education system… You’re going to have to take on that group in the Democratic party. Are you willing to do that?” Rahm Emanuel: “I’m...

When teachers’ unions strike, students are held hostage. The union risks nothing, while kids lose in-person instruction and parents are forced to miss work. We need universal school choice to give families options beyond the BROKEN bureaucracy that unions protect!

America spends more on education than almost any other country, yet our reading and math scores are the WORST in the G7 and G20. Why? Unions. Unions protect mediocrity and keep bad teachers in place, while great teachers who actually make an impact get underpaid. That’s insane! If we want to fix education, we need to fire the bad teachers and pay the great ones a LOT more. I’m all for rewarding results. If you’re advancing math and reading scores, you should be making a great salary. If you’re holding students back, you’re out!

The same kids you see acting a fool on the graduation stage are the same ones who are reading at a less than fifth grade level. It’s shameful and embarrassing, but they don’t seem to think so. Teachers Unions have failed these kids.

🚨 DISGUSTING: LA Unified School District has a secret “reassignment agreement” with the teachers union, sexually abuse a kid? No problem, we’ll just move you to a new school. Convicted sex offenders are being protected and handed more children to prey on in California. Teachers unions have become straight-up evil, shielding predators while parents are kept in the dark. How the hell did these monsters get this much power over our kids? California is a complete disaster. Fire the unions. Protect the children

How much power do teachers unions have over US elections? Is anybody willing to investigate their impact on Los Angeles elections? Teachers unions are taking your money and funding a leftist agenda that is indoctrinating your kids with socialist ideology. Corey A. DeAngelis, school choice evangelist explains how education dollars are being diverted away from classrooms and into bureaucracy, union bosses, and political activism. This isn’t about helping kids, it’s about power.

My greatest accomplishments are my kids. We homeschooled our kids. This is Sabrina at 6 and at 15. If you have 2 minutes - I’m Proud of the results My job is to get them ready for life, and I thought the best way to do that was take responsibility for the early years rather than turning them over to teachers & schools that are overwhelmed.

The Florida gubernatorial candidate who wants to introduce the OnlyFans “sin tax” just delivered a stark warning to woke teachers: JAMES FISHBACK: “If you are a teacher in Florida pushing white guilt, you will NOT BE A TEACHER in Florida when I am governor. We are sick and tired of left-wing, black lesbian teachers sitting there telling the white kids to apologize to the black kids… Blacks and whites, we are all created in the image of God, and we need to kick out teachers who are going to push that divisive, divisive propaganda on our students.”

🚨Governor DeSantis says he will go further this year to CRUSH the Teachers Unions by DECERTIFYING unions that don’t meet a 50% membership threshold! “If you took our charter population, that's more than the K-12 population of probably half of American states. Any parent in Florida, you can get a private scholarship, charter school, in your school system you have choices, homeschool, you name it, you can do it. And we have half a million people on private scholarship. We got 400,000 in charter school. And so this works to empower parents liberate, but what does that do? (1:28) Quite frankly, it's marginalize the teacher unions. They don't control the narrative like they do in these other states. (1:38) We also did paycheck protection for teacher union dues. So NO automatic deductions are allowed in the state of Florida. And I've got another bill in the kitty that's going to make sure if 50% of the teachers aren't joining the union and voting on that, that they will be DECERTIFIED in the state of Florida!”

Parents, you need to talk to your kids. Ask them how their teachers are and what goes on in their classrooms. You do not have to put up with teachers like the one discussed in this video. Stand up and get proactive in your child's education.

Cheryl Reeve on the school shooting at the Annunciation Catholic School “It’s such an indictment of our society, our lack of regard for life. There are things that we can do about it, and we don’t, but for some reason as Americans we value something different. It’s sickening, it’s sad for the kids, it’s sad for the kids that have to grow up like this. It’s sad for the kids to walk through the door and not know what’s going to happen. So hearts go out to the lives lost, kids that are hurt, teachers that have to go through this, families that drop their kids off at schools and don’t have their kid come home. Hearts go out to them. The sad thing is we can’t sit here and tell them that help is on the way, because we’re not going to do a damn thing about it”

Oregon has one of the shortest school years in the nation. Just over the river in Vancouver, the average K-12 student receives one year more of instructional time than students in our state. A recent poll showed that 80% of Oregonians support requiring local school districts to provide at least the national average of school days. Your kids deserve a world-class education, and on Day One I will work to increase classroom time and give teachers the resources they need so that all Oregon students and teachers can be successful.

Bill Maher on California’s proposed wealth tax on billionaires: “Gavin Newsom’s a pretty liberal guy. He’s against this.” “The problem is… it makes billionaires leave the state, and many already have, and then the tax base actually goes down.” Don Lemon: “But where are they going to go?” Bill Maher: “Florida! Texas!” Don Lemon: “But if it’s in the entire America, if it’s 5% [tax] of all billionaires, where are they going to go. Are they going to move to another country?” Bill Maher: “If you make it a federal law?” Don Lemon: “Yeah.” Bill Maher: “Well, that ain’t going to happen.”

American public education teacher says students are no longer taught in the classroom Kids are so out of control their entire jobs have become “managing behavior and teaching students how to regulate their emotions” She says public education “is done for” “It's bad. It's really bad. I don't, I don't know what's happened to education. It breaks my heart — That's why so many teachers are leaving the profession. Always thought public education would be here. I always thought it would be a good option. I didn't think you had to have money in order to get a good education. But, anymore, I'm beginning to think it's done for.” “‘Education is failing because students are running the classroom and teachers have no authority.’ And that's true” “ just watched a video of a teacher getting pepper-sprayed by their student in the school because they took their phone, because it was being used to cheat on a test, and there were people defending it. That's crazy. That's really crazy.”

Why is it that parents have so little control over where their children go to school? Unless you homeschool or send your child to a private school, you’re at the mercy of the government and the Teachers Unions. That needs to change. Corey A. DeAngelis, school choice evangelist

Vivek Ramaswamy will double down on policies that are bankrupting Ohio’s schools and holding our kids back. As governor, I will fully fund our public schools and tackle the out of control voucher system. I’ll fight alongside our teachers to give our kids the 21st century education they need to reach their full potential.
