Bill Parcells shares the difference between winners and losers. "Losers assemble in little groups and complain about the coaches and the players in other little groups." "But winners assemble as a team." Winners don't point fingers and they don't make excuses. They dedicate themselves to personal excellence and team... show more

I have studied 50+ championship coaches over the last 5 years. Saban. Belichick. Jay Wright. Here's what they ALL do: They build SYSTEMS. Not speeches. Systems. I put their 11 best frameworks in a free playbook. Link here:

The Big Tuna

Parcell's twin brother

This only works if your coach isn't shitty

Bill Parcells was one Helluva Coach. I respect him, immensely.

The Losers sound like the @Mets

Todd Monken dad

Gay as fuck!

Congress on both sides of the aisle should take notes 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Losers whine about doing their best, winners go home and fuck the prom queen

Chuds: *nod in agreement* Trump: this is literally everyone’s fault but mine! Chuds: what a hero, I wanna suck him

No Medals for Trying

I miss his Cowboy press conferences! They were the best!

We all be will affected when he’s gone.

This Applies to liberals

he was always such a dick

Except with the #DallasCowboys

True !!

Is it fair to say parcells only had success with LT?

True but the coaches need to be accountable just like the players do so now sometimes the coaches do fucking suck

Nothing is happening “to spite you”. Most of us walk around half-asleep, convinced the setbacks and annoyances are personal attacks. We either buy into the story that outside forces are running the show or we fight against it, but either way we’re still inside the same game. The truth is simpler: as long as you’re awake in your own life, nothing will happen just to mess with you. You can observe, then draw your own conclusions. Your attention and the meaning you assign are what keep conflict circulating. When something tries to snare you and pull you into the energy of struggle, the way out is not to fight harder. It’s to unhook or to shift focus. You can just stop handing over your energy. Refuse to treat every obstacle as a personal attack and instead treat it as information. This principle applies whether it’s a money block, a relationship, or a seemingly daily grind. Become the observer who decides where your energy goes. That’s how you free yourself and start writing the life you actually want.

Winners take ownership. Losers make excuses.

The truth stands on his own Merritt!👏🏽

Love this!!

Your post of Coach Parcells just reminded me to research the Giant and great man/legend called Mr. Emlen Tunnell. USCG war hero and first black HOF inductee. Learned about a great American and credit to the NYG Mara's all first class humans.

🎯

But it was fine for him to blame players but never his shitty game plans for losing. The most overrated coach in NFL history. A big bloviating jerk.

But parcels was the man and I would take them over any coach today because they pussify these players and spoil the shit out of them

Who did you think of when you hear this quote? “Losers assemble in little groups and complain about the coaches and the players in other little groups." ~ Bill Parcells I’ll go first… @spittinchiclets

I’m going to say this in my next job interview

@knickcity @ZayFlowers is a loser

Winners also work on Jap plays.

Goat ass shit. Something players today don’t seem to understand whatsoever.
