And, and it's very clear in the statute that you have to have national security experience to be able to fulfill that role on a permanent basis. And Bill Pulte doesn't have this. He did a fine job, is doing a fine job in his current role, but he's not qualified to take on this role. And the president has acknowledged that. HEINRICH: So given that, do you think that the president should pull back from Pulte?
