🚨 Bishop Bernard Fellay of the SSPX delivered a stark warning in his April 19 homily in Kansas: “There is an enormous probability that all of you — we included of course — may be excommunicated… There is a very high probability because they already said it in public so they are forcing themselves to do it.” Yet he adds: “Whatever — God can do miracles. It’s not the end.” God wants the SSPX to remain “a sign of contradiction… the Cross.” Watch the full clip:

Archbishop Lefebvre was condemned for refusing to abandon the Traditional Latin Mass. Then Pope Benedict XVI clarified something historic. The Latin Mass was never abrogated. The SSPX does not exist because it thinks it replaces the Church. It exists to work for the good of Christ’s Church by preserving what Catholics have always believed and practiced. Fr. Ian Andrew Palko, SSPX: "We don't need the mandate." Pope Pius XII: "No one can lawfully confer episcopal consecration unless he has received the mandate of the Apostolic See." Pope Benedict: "[T]he appointment of Bishops by the Pope is the guarantee of the unity of the Church and of hierarchical communion." Pope St. John Paul II: "The particular circumstances, although grave, in no way justify a bishop assuming the office of ordaining bishops on his own initiative and without the pontifical mandate, for this is an act of schism." Canon 1013: "No bishop is permitted to consecrate anyone a bishop unless it is first evident that there is a pontifical mandate." Canon 1387: "Both the Bishop who, without a pontifical mandate, consecrates a person a Bishop, and the one who receives the consecration from him, incur a latae sententiae excommunication reserved to the Apostolic See." Fr. Palko's words confirm that the SSPX will continue doing what it wishes, regardless of the authority or jurisdiction of the pope. Textbook schism.

FR. MURR ON UPCOMING SSPX CONSECRATIONS Two months ago, Fr. Charles Murr made a crucial point regarding the upcoming SSPX episcopal consecrations: “This is not simply about the Latin Mass…. It’s about the whole state of the Catholic Church today,” he said. “You either see the state of the Catholic Church today as chaotic and in an emergency state or you don’t.” Source:

I will continue to post videos of all TLM communities, in particular the SSPX, as they are in desperate need of our support but, most importantly, our prayers. There are reports that the Vatican is considering making all faithful who attend SSPX chapels, as schismatics along with the clergy and seminarians. I hope it is not true. I hope the Holy See is touched with the mercy that they beg others to have for migrants, homosexuals, Muslims, jews, and enemies of the church. Pray ceaselessly. Blessed be God forever.

The Society of Saint Pius X has gone through with its defiance of Pope Leo XIV, consecrating four new bishops at Écône without a papal mandate. Rome had warned that the move would constitute a schismatic act and trigger automatic excommunications under canon law, echoing Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre’s 1988 break with John Paul II. The Vatican has not yet issued its formal response, leaving open whether Rome will simply confirm the excommunications or take further action against the SSPX. Follow: AF Post

Again, if you know a trad priest who thinks the SSPX faithful have been excommunicated, please share this clip from canon lawyer, Father Gerald Murray who, though NOT SSPX, has called the Vatican's declaration a "canonical mess!" Father Murray could not be clearer: "The SSPX faithful and priests are not – ACCORDING TO THE VATICAN DECREE -- excommunicated." It is, therefore, a gross violation of Christian charity to suggest that they are and to require of them some sort of formal declaration of faith before they can “reenter the Church.” The Revolution already has plenty of useful idiotic water carriers without traditional Catholic priests volunteering to drive the water truck. Enough, already! Please SHARE

Fr. Ripperger answers the $64K question: "Can a Catholic go to an SSPX Mass to fulfil their Sunday obligation?" According to can. 1248 §1 (1983 Code), "yes you can." "In fact," Fr. Ripperger says, "one time I actually had a private meeting with Bishop Fellay [SSPX Superior General 1994-2018] and I think he's a good man, he's an earnest man, and I think he's trying to do what he thinks is best for the Church." "If I were the Pope, the first thing I would do is I would call the head of the SSPX and say, 'You're to be in my office at 8:00 in the morning. And what I would do is, when he showed up I would write it out myself: 'You're canonical regularized. Here, go home and we'll figure out the rest later.' Just have it over with." Source:

"What was offensive to the Presidency about Bishop Onaiyekan's speech was that it did not fit the narrative they wanted to control. The Catholic bishops have already made it clear that the statements presented were not just from them but were compiled from bishops across the country. For those saying they do not represent the views of many Nigerians, the Catholic Church has about 35 million followers in Nigeria, so they are very close to the average people." — Ayo Mairo-Ese of Arise TV reacts to the recent visit of Catholic bishops to President Tinubu.
