curl This is our Meta-Prompt. It allows LLMs to understand our Reader, Embeddings, Reranker, and Classifier APIs for improved codegen. Using the meta-prompt is straightforward. Just copy the prompt into your preferred LLM interface like ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever works for you, add your instructions, and you're set. In this example, we copied the entire prompt into Anthropic Claude and asked it to grab every sentence from Hacker News front page and visualize them using UMAP with matplotlib. This task is nontrivial as it combines multiple APIs from our Search Foundation, like Reader and Embedding where Claude may not have knowledge of. So if you asked Claude directly, it probably wouldn't give an optimal answer. But with the meta-prompt, Claude now has good knowledge about our APIs and can generate much better code! We can copy paste the code directly to Google Colab and with minimum modification, the code just works!

now my clippy is an expert at whatever I want to learn + it has a chat window so i can easily follow along the conversation 1. It uses Andrej Karpathy's llm wiki so that it has specialized knowledge 2. it has a chat window so that i can follow along the conversation and copy-paste suggestions from clicky I can also type in any questions or comments if I don't feel like pushing to talk I tested this on the new Claude Managed Agents (scraped anthropics docs for it and put it into the wiki) and it works great! this is going to be an amazing way to learn new things!

So it shows, first of all, that even though the concept of common knowledge, as I defined it, seems impossible—your head starts to spin after, you know, one or two “I know that she knows,” let alone an infinite number. But what the story shows is that a conspicuous, public, self-evident event—something that you see while you see everyone else seeing it, or you hear when you know everyone else can hear it—can give you common knowledge at a stroke. It allows you to take any -powered agent and bring it into your application. (This is a brand-new feature!) 2. You can build an AI-powered chatbot in your application. The chatbot will have access to your context and can act on the application. 3. You can build a RAG workflow to process and answer questions from a real-time knowledge base.
