In 2023 BTC printed a sharp Thursday sell-off with wicks below the blue zone. This Thursday we printed wicks below it again, last wick at the exact same time as in 2023. If the pattern repeats this way, $87,000 looks next to me, followed by a drop into October. This thesis would only be confirmed if there is no rejection in the $83,000 range. A sweep of $75.5k is still on the table. That’s where I’d look to add to my longs. Since this is a high-timeframe (1W) pattern, delays or deviations may occur on lower timeframes than 1W. Back in 2023 the dump came within 2–3 days and landed on Sunday, exactly like yesterday. Bitcoin pumped 1.20% on Sunday and then dumped, as you can see in the picture after the video. Tonight there was no difference, exact same time, 10pm to 2am. If this pattern keeps confirming, Bitcoin could still see $75,000 range today before continuing the start of a massive rally. Measured from the Sunday dump, Bitcoin broke out 1 day and 16 hours later and pumped 17% in nearly 4 days. If the pattern continues this precisely, the breakout could happen Tuesday afternoon. $87,000 looks next to me, followed by a drop into October. This thesis only holds if there is no rejection in the $83,000 range. Since this is a high-timeframe (1W) pattern, delays or deviations may occur on lower timeframes than 1W. THIS IS BAD. The Bank of Japan is expected to hike rates again on June 16th. And every time the BOJ has hiked in the past, Bitcoin has dumped: March 2024: $BTC dropped 18%. July 2024: BTC dropped 30%. January 2025: BTC dropped 31%. December 2025: BTC dropped 32%. Some of those drops hit right away, others took 2-4 weeks to play out.
