If litecoin is a scaling mechanism for BTC then any other chain is also a scaling mechanism. You're basically saying that you can scale BTC by not using BTC.

Our country's problems cannot be fixed in one election cycle. Candidates aren't perfect, but that's what primaries are for. This is a long process that is winnable if we stay focused.
