We are grateful to the Almighty for preserving the life of our youth who had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident in which 2 lives were lost. (May their Soul Rest in Eternal Peace) . Although Spilo Marime broke both his hands in the accident, his life was saved. He is recuperating well while receiving medical treatment in hospital. To God be the glory for his mercies endures forever.

Today in Kitale, I joined the Wamalwa family, fellow leaders and Kenyans to commemorate the life of Mzee Michael Kijana Wamalwa. Twenty-three years after his passing, his legacy continues to remind us of the kind of leadership Kenya needs, a leadership grounded in democracy, national unity, humility and a genuine commitment to the people. Mzee Kijana understood that our differences should never be greater than our shared purpose as a nation. May he continue to rest in eternal peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire us to build the Kenya he believed in.

Deeply saddened by the tragic passing of renowned Manipuri guitarist and Western music pioneer, Shri Chongtham Vikram Singh, and deeply concerned by the incident in which he was allegedly assaulted near his residence in southeast Delhi. Shri Vikram Singh’s invaluable contribution to music will always be remembered. His untimely passing is a great loss to his family, the music fraternity, and the people of Manipur. With evidence now emerging in connection with the incident, I urge the Delhi Police to take swift and appropriate action, thoroughly investigate the matter, and ensure that justice is delivered at the earliest. May his soul rest in peace, and may his loved ones find strength and solace during this difficult time. Delhi Police Rekha Gupta

Today, the world feels a little darker. With the passing of Ozzy Osbourne, we have lost not just a musical icon, but a soul who changed the very fabric of rock and metal forever. His voice was the anthem of a generation, and his spirit was unrelenting, wild, and beautifully human. What a legendary way to go, with one final concert to blow every other concert out of the water. May his memory be a guiding light and a blessing to all who were touched by his art. Rest in power Ozzy. You will never be forgotten. 🖤🕯️

Inspector Asrar Ahmed Shah was just 38. Sharp mind, calm heart, and the courage you only see in officers who lead from the front. He is the fifth officer from the 2010 SI batch to lay down his life in the line of duty. J&K Police has carried a long chain of sacrifices, each name etched in service to people who may never fully know what was risked for their safety. May his soul rest in peace. Strength to his family, his batchmates, and everyone who served with him. Jo apni saans bhi farz pe luta jaate hain, Woh mitti ke seene mein sitare ban jaate hain.

"I was at this service today and my heart is absolutely shattered. This brave soldier, a double amputee, was laying his loyal K9 partner to rest. The pain in his voice as he said his final goodbye was just gut-wrenching to witness. That dog was more than a partner, he was family. A true hero who served right by his side. Rest easy, brave boy. Your duty is done."

May the souls of our departed UNRWA colleagues rest in peace, and may we draw strength from their example as we continue our vital work in the pursuit of a better world. Below is my full speech, as we gathered at World Health Organization (WHO) to honour our colleagues, who lost their lives, with a minute of silence: Dear colleagues, Today, we gather with heavy hearts to remember and honor our dear UN colleagues who tragically lost their lives in #Gaza. Their unwavering commitment, sacrifice, and bravery will forever be etched in our memories. These dedicated individuals embodied the spirit of the United Nations, standing on the frontlines of conflict zones to provide much-needed humanitarian assistance and support. They put their lives on the line to bring hope and relief to those affected by violence and despair. Their memory and the impact they made will forever remain. Their unwavering dedication to peace, justice, and the well-being of others serves as a guiding light and a reminder of the importance of our shared mission. In the face of immense challenges and danger, they remained steadfast in their commitment to make a difference in the lives of those they served. Their courage and selflessness touched the lives of countless individuals and communities. Today, we honor their memory and recommit ourselves to the pursuit of peace, justice, and the well-being of all people. We extend our deepest condolences and support to the families and loved ones left behind. Their loss is immeasurable, and we stand in solidarity with them during this difficult time. As we reflect on the lives of our fallen colleagues, let us also recognize the importance of unity and collaboration. Together, we can continue their important work and strive for a world where conflicts are resolved peacefully, where the rights of all individuals are respected, and where humanitarian aid reaches those in need without impediment. May the souls of our departed UN colleagues rest in peace, and may we draw strength from their example as we continue our vital work in the pursuit of a better world. May the path to lasting peace be paved for Palestinians and Israelis. May the wounds of the past be healed, and may Palestinians and Israelis find true peace, reconciliation, and coexistence, fostering a future of mutual respect, prosperity, and harmony. I now ask you to join me in a minute’s silence in honor of their memory and sacrifice, and for peace.

First glimpse of His Eminence Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, Shia of Ali, pride of Islam, and bringer of da ruckus to America. Here he can be seen talking to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. May God protect and preserve him. He looks to have recovered well after the US murdered 3 generations of his family including his father, his wife and his daughter. May bloody vengeance on the enemy leader be his, and may he continue his convalescence in happiness and with peace of heart.
