Always been annoyed that nanite displacement is relative to the scale of the mesh, so I fixed it! The scene has a world aligned material where the displacement is static regardless of mesh scale. This engine change allows me to have different scales on the meshes without any issues. The meshes are then blended with MeshBlend to make it look like one surface. Cobblestone is always a favorite for testing displacement 😄 #gamedev Unreal Engine

🥊Fixed/Free Cam Although a lot of factors will determine what is "best" like level design, gameplay focus/feel, user friendliness, etc. Both could work together ofc, depending on the area. But I think it's interesting to see the differences next to each other. #gamedev #UE5

After many months of work, I’m happy to (finally) announce the release of EasyWaterscape for #unrealengine! With realtime ocean/water simulation, dynamic foam & shorelines, underwater transitions, buoyancy, and one-click presets, it is what I think is the easiest water tool to use and get fantastic results with. You can get it right now on Fab Full tutorial here: #gamedev #ue5
