Thoughts on Day 1 Thresh (he's super sick): Pros: Back assist is amazing with OTG + Range J.h has amazing range + airdash is strong Lantern is really versatile and has lots of potential Great tag out moves (ghost, lantern, 5hh, etc) Cons: Forward dash is too laggy for a game like this Mediums are short + bad movement means hard to play midrange Bad solo blockstring and tough to do strike / throw mix cause of dash Senna tomorrow, want to play one of these characters for sure at EVO so gonna grind it out

Groucho is 17 years old, with failing kidneys, fading eyesight, and high blood pressure, but he still loves to play. It’s just that I sometimes have to wave the wand toy for a couple of minutes, or throw half a dozen toys instead of just one, before he will go for it. Cats are so good at compensating that they can go completely blind and their people don’t even notice for a while. Groucho can still see, but these days he responds better to toys with lights and sounds. He loves the laser as much as ever, even if he no longer does parkour in pursuit of it. #CatsOfTwitter #CatsOfX #SeniorCat

pretty sure NotPedro used Kara-DP - if you're 0f when your opponent wakes up with a Super - you can cancel your buffered normal (buffered at the end of Run) into DP. here's a video showing the same timing giving both options. insane part is he had to delay the run for 0f wakeup.

So before the sirens begin and the sky fills with drones again, I’m making borsht and trying to enjoy a few quiet hours. Been looking for one clip I think summarizes PIT’s struggles in the passing game and I think I found it. 1. Bills double Metcalf (top of the screen) by pressing him and shading with the safety. 2. Four-over-three zone coverage to the bottom. None of the receivers can find open grass early in the route. 3. Spin move from Bosa versus Fautanu creates pressure. If the pocket stays clean, Rodgers may be able to hang in and target Washington, who is coming free on the crossing route. Instead he bails to his right and the play turns into a scramble drill. 4. Wilson comes open early in the scramble but Rodgers isn’t in position to get him the ball. Everything else is locked down, and he has to throw it away. There it is in a nutshell. The defense takes away Metcalf, jams up everything underneath, creates quick pressure to disrupt the pocket, and Rodgers gets antsy and has to dirt his throw. That’s the state of the passing game at the moment.
