If Ottawa tells Alberta it needs permission to decide its own future, Québec hears the same message: Ottawa decides. Carney thinks he is shutting Alberta down. No pipeline project will been agreed upon until at least September 2027 & that doesn't include the BC First Nations & the BC NDP agreeing. How can a pipeline get private investors when yesterday Mark Carney said oil and gas will be phased out in Canada? Carney also said any oil and gas not phased out will be forced to pay a substantially increased carbon offset fee. Danielle Smith has sold out Alberta.
